The place was perfectly fine. It was clean with plenty of towels, soap, laundry detergent, coffee etc… The communication was good. Beds were reasonably comfortable.

Great place for a family to stay

The place was clean and had what we needed. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, and near a bus line. The beds could be a little uncomfortable. And we hoped they had a blender.

Clean and met our needs

The property was easy to access, clean and functional for our group. I would recommend for a medium size group. It is a bit shabby as far as maintenance, could use more details but it served our purpose.

The location for the purpose of our stay was perfect. Arlington has grown up so much that having everything close was a plus. Really enjoyed eating at The Caryle, watching a game at the huge new Sports Bar and an ice cream at Jini's was the perfect way to enjoy the Family Gathering.

Spacious townhouse with parking

My family of 4 enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and the beds were comfortable. It's nestled within a residential neighborhood several blocks away from the major roads so it's quiet and feels safe. We brought our car and were pleased to know we had a guaranteed parking space in the driveway when we returned at the end of each busy day.

Nice place

Overall this is a very good place for a cheaper option when visiting DC/Arlington. The house is well stocked and everything you’ll need. The owner is quick with responses and the location is perfect. Since anywhere you stay in Arlington has traffic during prime times we found this location for us into DC within 30 minutes during busy times. Not bad at all.

Fantastic location, the bedroom space is great, could use some updating and deep cleaning

The 4 bedrooms were great. The basement bedroom was cold, the mini heater helped with this though. The bathrooms could use some major reno. Could also use some deep cleaning. The convenience for the airport was perfect for a one night stay. Property manager was great to work with. We were pleased to know there were two places to park our cars.

Met all of our needs.

Property is beautiful clean but could have used additional basic kitchen supplies such as alum foil Saran Wrap ziploc bags etc. To no fault of the owner Vrbo failed to send access code. However owner was very responsive providing the code at 10:30pm when we arrived.

Amazing hosts!

The hosts for this property are wonderful! VRBO did not send us the code and instructions for check in, but when we messaged the hosts they responded very quickly and got my family in the property right away. Every response we got from them was helpful and so friendly. We were happy with the property. We did not realize how steep the stairs were going to be, but thankfully the hosts have a full bed and bath on the entry level, which worked great for my mom who struggles to get up and down steep stairs. She was able to get to the kitchen and living room one level up, but never would have made it to the third floor bedrooms. Overall this was a wonderful property with amazing hosts!

Arlington Funeral for my sons father

My family and I had a wonderful experience at this property. It was accommodating for my brother who was unable to climb stairs due to knee issues. The down stairs area had a bathroom, and access to the patio. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the AC and water pressure were great! The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe and location was close to everything. We were not able to intern our beloved and the property manager/owner was quick to accommodate us for one more night. We are forever grateful for that made our visit more bearable considering our circumstances. Thank you!!!!!

Good located townhouse with a few issues

Overall this stay was fine. There were issues like only 3 forks and the coffee maker pot wasn't the correct one so there was no way to make coffee. The gather space is tiny for a house that sleeps that many and the downstairs bedroom was very cold, but for the price, the location was very good. There were 2 tiny parking spots and the snow made it hard to park the 3rd car, but that's not the owner's fault.

Steps to Climb!

Overall this property is priced right for the area. It is a bit dated and the showers all need an upgrade. If you have trouble climbing stairs, this property will be a challenge! The Mr. Coffee needs replacement since its carafe doesn’t fit properly. If you drive a large vehicle, it may not fit in the garage. But, the AC and water heater work great.

Just ok

Somewhat disappointed in this property. While overall it was ok I wouldn’t call it a “luxury property”. Location was great. Size for our group was great. Neighborhood was quiet. There were however a few issues. Ran out of toilet paper and had to purchase more. The loveseat in the living room had a spring poking thru the cushion. There were linens and towels in the washer and dryer. I folded the ones in the dryer and then dried the ones that were in the washer. The outside areas need to be spruced up. One of the shower doors came off its track. We fixed it. So all in all not what we have come to expect from a VRBO.

Just ok

Overall, our stay was fine without any major issues however, there were many inaccuracies from the listing and some minor issues noted below: -The photos of the furniture do not match what was in the house (the living room, dining room and basement room all had different and seemingly worse furniture than as advertised). There were couches in the living room with springs coming out of the cushions. One room was advertised as having one large queen bed but instead it was two twin beds both of which were extremely uncomfortable. -The carpet in the basement was coming off which exposed sharp tacks that we kept stepping on. Generally, the house could use some updating which would help increase the cleanliness rating. -One bedroom had two bathrooms??? One full bathroom (toilet, shower and sink) and the other with a shower and a sink. -There were no instructions as to how to check into the house so I had to call the host. The host picked up and was able to provide the code to check-in but it would have been nice if that information was given to us ahead of time. There was nothing "lux" about this listing which is very misleading. However, for the price it was fine.
