Tämä on kaksitasoinen huoneisto, jossa on 3 makuuhuoneen sviitit, joissa on oma kylpyhuone, joka sijaitsee eksklusiivisessa 6 huoneiston kompleksissa San Diegon parhaassa osassa. Perfect place!!

This place was absolutely perfect for our girls weekend!! Clean, gorgeous and the perfect location! Also Ricardo, the concierge was absolutely amazing!! He helped us navigate the different excursions and we had the best time!! We will definitely be back.

Fabulous Experience

The property was beautiful and the staff warm and helpful. Everything is within walking distance within the walled city and yet there is much privacy within the unit. We would highly recommend. Thank you for sharing your home!!!

Beautiful place!

Monica - thank you for such a great trip. Ricardo and his brother Jose were great tour guides. We loved the city and the Airbnb was in the perfect location. The jacuzzi was perfect to hang out in, even though it didn’t get hot (but warm and comfortable.) The strong air conditioning was heaven. Thank you for a wonderful weekend.

This property is well taken care of andvery comfortable. Mary, the administrator of the property, was very attentive to make sure the bed were arranged in order to meet our needs. Apartment 5 has three bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms. They are all well appointed and of comparable size — so everyone was happy with their accommodations. The kitchen has plenty to offer with a stove, microwave, coffee maker, and large washer and tumble dryer. All three amenities of home.

Management and all involved were excellent!

The house exceeded our expectations. Check the hot tub upon arrival. It did not heat up for us. That was the only downside. Other than that the place was flawless. The location was perfect.

Fabulous First Time Cartagena Visit

The host is amazing. Greeted us instantly when we booked and shared a generous amount of tourism information, including a terrific tour company. The property was just as pictured -- clean and luxurious. We do not speak Spanish, but everyone was patient with us and super kind. The translator apps worked efficiently. The property is an IDEAL location in the heart of the walled city, surrounded by boutique shopping and fabulous restaurants. We spent four nights on the property. The bird aviary tour was a unique, impressive excursion. It was one of our highlights. The host's recommendations for restaurants were very helpful! All the staff were like an extended family. Highly recommend the property and the host! Thanks for having us.

Lovely apartment, great location

Only one issue… no warm or hot water on any of the bedrooms.. sometimes in the kitchen but hit and miss They tried to adjust the temp on water tank but it did not work.

Beautiful private apartment in the best area of the old city

Everything was wonderful with our vacation rental! 3 bedrooms with own private bathrooms with modern amenities with great hot water pressure. We were right across the street from the best restaurant in all of Cartagena (Carmen). We had dinner there 2 times it was so amazing. There is a pool in the lobby and your own private hot tub on the top floor. We spent a lot of time up there relaxing before our next adventure. Also, you have a doorman 24/7 to let you in and out of the building. Very safe and helpful. There was a leaking sink in the kitchen and it was fixed in less than an hour. I highly recommend.

Very nice, with a couple of asterisks

Beautiful unit, presented as pictured. 24/7 doorman, which is nice, and site manager, though not english-speaking, was responsive and kind. Unit clean and highly functional. Location perfect for walkable vacation in Old Town Cartagena. Issue with rooftop bar across street playing loud booming reggaeton music till 4 am on weekend and holiday. Information package out of date (2022). Minimal provision of supplies. Oh, and bathrooms caution not to flush toilet paper, due to age of sewer infrastructure. If you're not requesting daily maid service, build up of used paper in bathroom bin could become a hygiene issue. Overall, a pleasant stay for a family of VRBO regulars.

Dear Mike - we are so glad you found the Villa beautiful. We regret that you experienced street noise from the year end parties and wish you would have told us so we could have enforced the noise ordinance on your behalf. Please don't hesitate to report those things in the future or whether you need additional supplies and we would jump at that. Regarding the binder in the Villa, it's meant to provide emergency contacts (fire, police, hospitals). That info hasn't changed since 2022, but we will make that clear to future guests. Note that we sent you a fully updated 2024 guide to the City via email and hope you took advantage of that for your entertainment choices. Happy new year and please come back soon!

AMAZING Apartment in a PERFECT location

We LOVED our stay at this property! The location is absolutely perfect, in the center of Old City and across the street from Carmen (best meal we had all trip!). The pictures do not do this listing justice - it's GORGEOUS and has amazing modern amenities while still feeling authentic to Cartagena's history. Great AC in all the main rooms and bedrooms! The rooftop jacuzzi was amazing and cooling off in the shared pool on entry level was perfect. It felt like a private pool as we never ran into any other guests using it. I cannot say enough great things about the staff as well! They treated us SO well! - Gustavo: at the door/front desk is amazing! He answers the door VERY quickly when you ring the doorbell to enter. He does not speak much English but does the best to communicate and is EXTREMELY helpful. Our luggage was delayed and he brought it up to the apartment once it arrived. He also escorted us to the grocery store when we got confused with the directions. - Ricardo & Jose from GM International Travel: was put in touch with them through the property owner, Monica, and they were INCREDIBLE. HIGHLY recommend booking all of your activities and transport through them!! From airport transfers, to a private boat to the Rosario Islands, to even booking a day at Bora Bora Beach Club - Ricardo & Jose took care of EVERYTHING for us! They are a big part of why our trip went so smoothly. The level of service they provide is incredible and the prices are SO reasonable! A few notes: - bring a speaker for music at the house - doorbell can be finicky so make sure you've definitely rang it, one corner works better than the others (and Gustavo will let you in immediately!) - limited hot water/water pressure - (NOTE: they were working on the water pipes while we were checking out so this may not matter anymore) recommend spacing out showers and do not shower more than 1 person at a time, as water pressure can be intermittent. The hot water was limited but this was not really an issue as the cool (not cold) water felt good with the Cartagena heat

Beautiful, Secure Apartment!

Our rental process was flawless, and communication with the owner (and her agent) was always VERY prompt and courteous. The street door is secured and manned 24/7. The apartment is lovely, and very comfortable. Every bedroom has its own bathroom and shower. The rooftop plunge pool was fun! We didn’t use the ground floor swimming pool. Ample plush towels are provided. Cartagena is a vibrant, noisy city and there were times when celebrations nearby were noisy late into the night. Apt 5 is not well-suited to people with mobility issues because it is on the 2nd and 3rd floor and there are marble, winding staircases. (There are ground floor apts available. ) The owner can also recommend a very reliable tour service that we used for airport pick-up, city tour and beach tour. Again, excellent communication and prompt service.

An incredible home away from home!

From the day we booked the process was seamless. The apartment was gorgeous and had everything we needed. The location was perfect as well. Monica, Maryem and Ricardo were incredibly helpful and kind. We felt very safe with the 24 hour doorman.

Perfect location, charming house

The location is central and the house is charming and luxuriously accommodates 6 people. The security is excellent (there is a 24 hour doorman) and the owner is very responsive. We will be back.

Looked at several locations in Cartagena that would be ideal for the five of us. This was an excellent choice for us . The house is great. It’s across the street and around the corner from great restaurants, and close to a food store. The roof top cocktail pool is a great place to cool off in the hot afternoon sun.

Great location!

Beautiful apartment, a lot of privacy in the heart of the historic center. Plenty things to see/do within walking distance. Highly recommend to book attractions with Ricardo. He took us on a private boat to the surrounding beautiful Islands. Thank you all! We will be back :)

Cartagena City Life

My daughter arranged our family vacation (through VRBO) to include several night stays at a beach front condo, and several night stays in the city (the walled city). It was definitely two different living experiences. THIS PARTICULAR PROPERTY WAS AWESOME! It came with 3 bedrooms, spacious kitchen, living room, beautiful shutters on the windows, an open courtyard, a door man on site 24 hours, and to top it all off - there was a personal hot tub and comfort lounging right outside our bedrooms. This place was so great! It felt like home! If I visit Cartagena Colombia again, I would surely like to stay at this particular property. 5-stars, no doubt!!!!!

This is my first Cartagena-love. Tried to buy it 4 years ago and, at last, it is now mine, but I'm willing to share it with you. You'll see why when you walk in the door. You won't know where to look. It's lush with tropical vegetation, it has gorgeous colonial columns and curved stone staircases. The light that filters through the middle courtyard reflects in the pool and instantly cools you from the Cartagena heat. I love that the apartment is modern inside, but features Bahama style shutters and wood trim galore which is reminiscent of the Spanish royalty that settled the Walled City. The terrace and splash pool are an oasis of privacy and serenity. I just love it there and I know you will too.
