Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very outdated. Sliding glass doors were dirty with what looked like children's hands. Toys and random things all over the deck. Toilet in the main bedroom, was not clean, there was something black under the seat. Silverware was just dumped in a drawer.The location and the view were amazing. This would be a great property if it had a little TLC!

Cloudy water.

Units view and location is good. There was an issue with cloudy water from the master bath. We were not comfortable washing or brushing teeth. The manager had a water test done which showed chemicals in range except for the chloride. We requested bottle water and the supplied us with a case which we noted was one year past the expiration date. Can provide photos if you’d like for this could be a serious issue

Perfect location

The unit is exactly as the pictures show. It was a perfect location for us with the State and National Parks that we wanted to visit. An issue came up with the AC and we called that morning it was back up and running by the afternoon. I would recommend this condo.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our vacation experience was nice, however, we were disappointed that we could not use the pool since we stayed last year and used it. In my opinion if we're renting a unit from someone who lives there then we should be considered guests and allowed to use the pool. The staff was very helpful since my granddaugher managed to lock the bathroom door and also resolved our question with the washer.

Vacation Stay at the View in Beaver Ridge
