Our condo, with brand new air conditioning, is located in Swain, New York within walking distance of Swain Ski Resort. It's a short drive from Letchworth State Park (15 miles away), Stony Brook State Park (12 miles away), and Woodlynn Hills Golf Course, making it a perfect four season getaway. Is your family into puzzles? Then be sure to book a time to experience Swain's escape room during your stay, conveniently located just down the street.

You’ll love my place because of the outdoors space and the neighborhood. There is a restaurant up the street open year round and in walking distance. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. Sorry no pets. Non Smoking.

Condo #2 Layout:
First floor- There are 2 bedrooms downstairs. 1st bedroom has 1 queen size bed and the 2nd bedroom has 1 queen size bed and a bunk-bed with a full size bottom and twin size top. There is also a full size bathroom and washer and dryer.
2nd floor- Kitchen, living-room with a balcony, and a half bathroom.
*A/C unit is located in the living-room.

We've been going every year

We notice minor upgrades every time we go. Very friendly staff and great price. Five minute walk to the slope or 30 second drive.

Was nice but could use a little maintenance like bedroom door ín front with one bed would not close so I had to use my wife's purse to have privacy and coat rack is broken and no tea pot for tea

Great place to stay!!

We had a great two nights at this quiet and clean condo! Close to Letchworth State Park, which is a must visit if you are in the area. Great hosts and easy check in and check out! Highly recommend to anyone traveling this way!!
