- A spacious apartment of 130 m2, in the base of KiVA-villa (a windmill style house) that can host up to 4 guests (adults only). No pets allowed.
- The apartment resides at the ground floor of the KiVA-villa with a separate entrance and exclusive use of the outside pool (in front of the apartment).
- Both bedrooms have spectacular sea view, while kitchen and living room have both sea and pool view.
- Above the apartment resides the owner's house (1st and 2nd floor).
- KiVA's location is on top of the hill, right above the magnificent beach of Kampi. Its western orientation and panoramic sea view,  offer to its guests unique and spectacular views of sunsets into the sea. 
- KiVA's construction totally respects the local architecture and the natural landscape. Stone, wood and glass are the dominant materials used. 
- KiVA's interior design is characterised by simplicity and luxury offering unique tranquility and relaxation to its guests.

Amazing honeymoon at Kimon’s in Kea

Kimon was friendly and informative about the property and the island of Kea. The property was breathtaking. The pool overlooking the wide expanse of the sea view was amazing both day and night. We stayed for our honeymoon and it was unforgettable. Kea was our favorite island, not too crowded with tourists. Plenty of beaches with unbelievable views. Our favorite beach with chairs and beach bar was Koundorous beach. If we have the privilege of coming back to Greece we would stay here again.
