Spend your next getaway at this beautiful Hacienda Town Home at the SPI Golf Course. This Hacienda Town home is a 3 bedroom ,2.5 bath with 2 car garage located on the fairway one story building with 1,760. sq. ft . It has a patio deck with a gas barbecue grill where you can sip your morning coffee and enjoy the sunrise . The unit has a beautiful view of hole # 9. This Hacienda includes everything but you and your guest. You will find that this community is a quiet, peaceful and relaxing place to be with a short drive to the beach on South Padre Island. Entertainment amenities are cable, TV and WiFi throughout the home. It has central air conditioning, central heating, in unit laundry machines, parking and much more.

The master bedroom has a king bed with a flat 32" screen TV for nighttime viewing. It comes with a deep soaking tub and full bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a Kind bed with a 32" TV and the 3rd bedroom has 2 Full Size Bunk Beds with a 32" TV with a full bathroom in the hallway. The living room has an open area for movie gathering.

The South Padre Island Golf Club has a beautiful Golf Course, a driving range, Pro Shop, 2 heated pools ( one pool is located by the club house and 2nd pool is located by the HOA office), a tennis court, a wonderful restaurant and a fitness room for your pleasure. You can take a quick stroll to the shared amenities at the South Padre Island Golf Course Club and enjoy a meal or happy hour at the restaurant. The community has a 24 hour gated security.

Beautiful Area Loved Felt Like Home

First and far most we took a chance vacationing during a pandemic we need a safe space that we could be confined as a family and still social distance this rental allowed us that freedom Elliot was very very helpful it just couldn’t get any easier as far as checking in no keys everything was electronic loved that!!! South padre island was a short drive beautiful area the house is very spacious and equipped with everything we needed even a tool to help put your umbrella in the sand OMG that was a life saver!!!! We went grocery shopping and cooked our favorite meals and went beach hopping every day. We had a few issues with the WiFi when we first arrived but that was taken care if that was more for the kids I didn’t care LOL we will definitely seek a vacation rental for our journey and will visit again without our kids :)

Great location not far from the island.

The home is very spacious and in a great location with a short drive to the island. I had to call the customer service # for access code to the front door of home the day of check in as it was omitted in in the initial email. The A/C went out on our last nights stay late in the evening, making that night uncomfortable as the temp inside home was about 81° . We addressed the issue to the customer service number in the morning and was told they would check back with us after maintenance would inspect. Never heard back from them. The bedrooms are clean and spacious, the large sectional couch in family room is dated. Overall we were satisfied with our stay even though we had a few inconveniences.

Guest mattress broken

Nice house- very spacious for 3 bed 2 bath. Very quiet neighborhood for families. Access to nice, quiet pool. Not ideal location for beach trip- 25 min away with island traffic. Guest bedroom mattress was broken and unuseable. Property manager did not address concern through the app.

The place is beautiful. It felt like home, our family enjoyed the stay. There was only 1 thing, one rooms bed was slanted and seemed probably broken from bottom. But other than that slight issue our stay was perfect.

Amazing place to stay!

Amazing place to stay with the family! It's way better than what it looks in the pictures and the staff did a really good job communicating with us, specifically Elliot was ver helpful and attentive.
