Come stay at the luxurious 4 bedroom penthouse at Cinnamon Shore. This designer inspired gem offers entertaining space and plush beds to give your family and friends an experience like no other.

AMENITIES: At North, Resort-style amenities include three lavish pools, two scenic lakes, a fishing dock, fire pits, a fitness center, private dune crossovers, lawn games, a pirate ship playscape, and more! Enjoy on-site restaurants such as a Mediterranean bistro and a pizzeria, a coffee shop and café, while the Town Center hosts events, activities, and live music in peak season and on holiday weekends.

With 3 king bedrooms and a bunk room for 6 you can bring everyone in the family and a few friends too. The third floor living area offers a large sitting space with 55" Smart TV and surround sound, a huge dining table and large island seating for 5 more. The fully stocked kitchen offers the chef in the family a wide assortment of top of the line appliances and gadgets to create masterpieces. The long bar area gives a whole new meaning to entertaining with tons of prep space and storage. Take your party outside to the large balconies that overlook the town center entertainments and the soon to be bustling marketplace below.

The crowning jewel of this penthouse is the fourth floor crows nest. Ascend the spiral staircase to an outdoor space designed to make you stay forever, with plush furniture and views of the Gulf, Bay, and the Port Aransas skyline! Do your morning yoga or have evening drinks and just unwind in the salty breeze. You'll never want to come down from the Skytop Lounge.

IF A PET IS SEEN ENTERING A NON-PET FRIENDLY HOME, GUEST WILL BE CHARGED A PENALTY AND/OR EVICTED.

Skytop Lounge is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering Skytop Lounge the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.

There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.

Fantastic beach week!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had 3 families stay in this home, 6 adults and 6 children, it was a great size and set up for us. It’s directly above Dylan’s pizza in the heart of cinnamon shore north. Great location. Couple things to be mindful of: one of the king bedrooms is right next to the kids bunk room and there is one bathroom to share between those rooms, we just set some guidelines early in the week so it wasn’t mass chaos in the bathroom. Secondly, It is a townhome so there is no garage or driveway. Which was fine but made for an extra few trips from the beach each day out to the parking spots. Highly recommend this house, great kitchen and common area.

Beach camp for grandkids

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We brought 5 grandkids, ages 4-8 for a week at the beach with us. We love Port A! We have always enjoyed Cinnamon Shores, so the large condo was we thought, perfect.

Great location, not so great house for the price

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we arrived at the property, there was a broken glass lamp, the ottoman in the living room was missing a leg and leaning over, the microwave didn’t work and the face plate was falling off, and there was a horrid smell to the house. We called the office to communicate this with them and they asked us to send pictures. However, the Wi-Fi barely worked and the pictures wouldn’t send. It took a day and a half for maintenance to come and all they did was bring a separate microwave that was also missing a leg and set it in the middle of the kitchen counter. Even after arriving back home, I can smell the mildew smell from the house on our clothes. With that being said, the location of the house was unbeatable. You can see the stage from all 3 balconies and it is conveniently located close to the pizza place, the coffee shop, and the main office. That would be the only factor that would convince me to stay in that property again. This review is specific to the house and not Cinnamon Shore as a whole. We had so much fun in the community at the pools and beach and will definitely be back to Cinnamon Shore!

A wonderful home!

The kids just ran around and we could watch them from the balcony. 2 levels but 3 sets of stairs to get to the main living.
