This tidy 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo at Sea Isle Village in Port Aransas has recently been remodeled and offers a perfect beach getaway spot. From beach-inspired decor to its fantastic location, the condo has everything to make you feel like you are on beach time! Located on the ground floor and steps away from all amenities, the condo comfortably sleeps up to 6 adults (or 4 adults and up to 3 kids) and offers a private patio, a large community pool, and a beach walkover. Pet friendly!

Enjoy your morning coffee and ocean air on the patio overlooking the swimming pool and palm trees. Walk to the beach, then prepare your fresh catch in the well-equipped kitchen, or take a short ride to Port Aransas' best restaurants. Finish your day with a relaxing movie and family games!

The main bedroom has a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom, the second bedroom has a full over queen bunk bed and there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Due to a weight limit on the top bunk, it is suitable for up to 2 kids or 1 adult. The living area and both bedrooms offer smart TVs.

The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking essentials, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. Ideal for families with kids, who can use a pack-and-play, a high chair attachment, kids' dishes, a step stool, games, and beach toys!

Other amenities include community BBQ areas throughout the complex, a community laundry, a fish cleaning station, a playground, overflow/boat parking, a pickleball court, and a property manager on site.

Pet friendly comfortable condo close to the beach and near several birding and hiking areas describes this unit. We loved the private boardwalk right to the beach. The patio overlooks the pool. Weather wasn't on our side for either. I loved the beachy vibe decor throughout the condo. Bed was so comfy with luxurious sheets. Owner is a great communicator and very accommodating.

Excellent location

Great location right near beach & everything! Accommodates dogs & parking is Right next the condo.Big plus is it's right next to the pool! Fast response from the host when we had a few minor issues.

Relaxing Poolside Condo

The condo was beautiful and very comfortable for our family with two small children. The host was very responsive and helpful with all the questions we had. Will definitely come back

Great location and clean!

We stayed here for my son’s birthday. The condo was clean and the location was great! The complex seems older but well maintained. Half mile walk to the coffee shop!

I think this was our third stay here and we love it. It scores high on everything. The location has a lighted cement pathway to the beach. The back door of the unit opens into a patio with a gate just 30 feet from the pool. The 2 bedroom is great for family. It is very comfortable, clean and well maintained. It has a beachy vibe that gets you as soon as you walk in. Kate, or host was very responsive and gave us all the information we would need. And they are pet friendly. I am definitely going back.

Great little condo!

We enjoyed our time here! Perfect location to the pool and beach. Sea Isle Village is a great spot to get into town and Coffee Waves. The private path to the beach is great! Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect place for a long weekend!

We loved our stay! The beach was an easy, short walk away. The back porch was fenced and opened to a grassy area, so very easy access for my senior puppy as well. We just stayed a long weekend, so we ate dinner out, but the kitchen had everything you need to cook and there was a charcoal grill just off the back porch and the pool is right there as well. We will absolutely book this again!

Fantastic location

This unit was perfect for our family vacation to Port Aransas. The 2/2 configuration was perfect for privacy and darkening curtains helped us sleep in late. We unfortunately had cloudy weather but still walked to the beach (super easy) the “share” closest had tons of things we could borrow. Unit is clean, well equipped and parking right outside the door! Would stay again.

Absolutely Perfect

We had a Great time in Port A... The property was Great, Very Nice and Clean, Check-In and Out was Super convenient and Easy. We Booked from Monday to Friday, but we didn't want to Leave...lol... I messaged the Property Owner to see if we could extend our stay from Friday to Sunday, luckily it was not booked for the Weekend, and we stayed 2 more days.... Thank You very Much, we Absolutely Loved the Property and can't wait to Book it again. "10 out of 10"

The pictures of outside of the property for sure is totally different in real time the front door entrance is interesting and if you have any disabilities with your legs etc, getting around there is very scary the only area was at the wash room and the office space on the corner of the building small ramps this property we stayed at has a 12 to 14 inch step up there was no pictures of the front entrance of this property . Drainage of bathrooms is a problem the back deck was dirty not what we saw in the pictures the host engagement was good pet friendly yes . Just being honest it needs to have more ramp areas on the property we had no contact with the property manager it wasn’t a friendly spot just being honest

December is not cold on the beach

Our stay at Siv15 did not let us down in any way First we received a welcome message from our host, Kate. She advised us we should message her for any needs we might have. Check in was easy with the combination lock. The condo is cute and the location is awesome! It was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The coffee station was stocked and a nice touch. The beds are so comfortable you don’t want to get up but you have to because the beach is a short walk down a very clean manicured boardwalk through the dunes. It even lights up at night with sensors. The condo patio opens up to a well manicured lawn with picnic table and grill in front of the pool. We will definitely be staying there again.

Don't judge the book by its cover

Overall, the stay was terrific. The complex itself looked a bit run-down which was a little unnerving, but we were pleasantly surprise by how amazing the inside of the unit was. Completely true to the pictures. There was only one problem: a set of sheets that hadn't been changed. We contacted the manager, who promptly responded and had a new set of sheets delivered first thing the next morning. No complaints at all.

Review

The condo was nice and cozy. Lots of good things to say about it. Perfect for 4 people, not much more because then it would be kinda crowded. The one thing that really bothered me the most was nothing about the whole place was it is not handicap accessible…anywhere. The access to the beach was not safe for me. There were no ramps to get up to the door. It was also very difficult to get into the tub shower. Otherwise we absolutely loved our stay and the location.
