NO SUNDAY CHECK INS any day but sunday.this is my newest cabin ,, started renting on 12-28-15,,, i have 8 cabins on the property with large gazebo. it has a king bed and a queen sleeper sofa,, one couch, 2 recliners, fully stocked kitchen . bathroom has a shower ,vanity, and washer dryer.liveing room is around 24 by 32,,, front porch is around 10 by 40. we have a park grill, swing for two, firepit, picnic table, ramp for wheelchair access.we are also fixing up for weddings,,, nice place for any kind of retreat.

hello my name is kenny hill and my wife is cynthia, this is our 8th cabin in our on little resort , located in northeast alabama,,,, i have lived in the community my entire life.. 48 years old and my wife is from hollypond alabama also 48 . im married to an older woman ,, only 12 days. this is our full time job , and we try to do everything ourselves as much as possible,,,we started this project from scratch and have grown into it over the years adding cabins all along,,,,

Close enough to the local attractions; but far enough away to be a peaceful getaway! Fabulous view and spacious cabin. Just a note however; they have bamboo pillows, so if you’re not familiar with them, you may want to bring your own. Fabulous and beautiful accommodations! Will definitely stay again!

It would be easy for me to gush about how great the Hummingbird Cottage is but I will keep my review as concise as possible. Overall, the experience was completely enchanting and peaceful. The pictures don’t do justice to how generously spacious the main rooms are. All of the interior wood surfaces are clean, rich, and warm. The area that surrounds is overwhelmingly serene and absolutely breathtaking. From the gazebo vantage point, the view of the river valley is gorgeous, and the fireflies are magical at sunset. It’s an experience and sight not to be missed. The Hunmingbird is more than a cottage, it’s a destination. One could easily start and finish a great getaway there feeling completely fulfilled.
