Luxurious condo living!

This condo has a gorgeous view of the beach and the bay! It is spacious and has wonderful amenities...heated pool, excercise facilities, lounge, grills, etc. It is convenient to restaurants and shopping, too. I had a lovely time here and highly recommend this condo for your visit.

Beautiful and spacious condo. Million dollar view. Walking distance to everything. Pool area was fabulous. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to get back there again.

Clearwater beach

Absolutely the best place we have ever stayed at. The view is awesome. The owners were always available if we had a question. Plenty of beach towels. Kitchen is well supplied with everything you need. Will definitely be back.

A Great Condo!

It was an absolutely great stay at the SandPearl Residences. Absolutely everything you need is provided and in a great location sitting oceanfront on Clearwater Beach. I highly recommend it. The owners were fabulous to work with.

Amazing View, Perfect Location

Great long family stay. Exceptional property as you would expect from the Sandpearl. Great Location, easy walking distance to everything, convenient direct access to Clearwater Beach, loads of activities, etc. Really liked that the private pool at the Residences is much less crowded than the resort next door appeared to be. Best part is the million dollar sweeping views from the high floor balcony. Wonderful beach sunsets, occasional beach storms moving through, lazy afternoon lounging are the highlights. Also the price point for staying here, especially compared to the main resort, cannot be beat, great value. Owners were very nice and super easy to work with. We would certainly return here.

Great beach condo with a great view

Very well maintained and beautiful beach condo on north Clearwater beach. Nice high floor with a great view of the beach and gulf. The balcony was a favorite spot as you could catch the sunrise and sunset, yet stay mainly in the shade for the heat of the day. Nice furnishings and very spacious. Owner was very responsive and great to work with. Highly recommend checking out this gem!

Our price is competitive with the market and please see our wonderful reviews from our guests :) Also, this unit is facing the water and NOT the street so please keep that in mind when looking. Our guests have recently pointed out how important this is.
