Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the beautiful location, beach views, and the home’s ability to comfortably accommodate your large group. We do want to clarify a few points for future guests. We take every concern from our guests seriously and responded promptly throughout your stay. When the refrigerator temperature concern was brought to our attention, we acknowledged the issue, had our handyman arrive within an hour, and your family treated him to Buffalo Trace shots after he explained how to correct the over-packed fridge. Then, we provided access to another refrigerator in the home. We also arranged for an HVAC technician to evaluate the third-level cooling concern during your stay. He arrived next-day under an urgent service call — he found zero issues with the cooling system and the temperature was as-set when he arrived. We’re disappointed that these issues affected your experience, as providing a comfortable and well-maintained home is very important to us — we only rent our home during the three summer months as we maintain the home for ourselves the remaining nine months. While some of the circumstances described in the review do not fully reflect our understanding of what occurred or the steps taken during your stay, we respect that you experienced some frustrations. Thank you for the positive comments about the home and hope you are able to enjoy many visits to Holden Beach.

The bedrooms with en suite bathrooms are very convenient for large groups.
