The Infinity pool has amazing views, enjoy and relax on the sun loungers by the pool.
This is a very popular destination, only 10 mins drive to Airlie Beach, Free Wifi and Netflix.

↬ The Baybliss apartments takes up the whole bottom end of a cul-der-sac, so there's only a couple of local residents up the top end of the street. so the street is very quiet, peaceful and safe.
↬ This property over looks the bay and islands with stunning views from your veranda and pool.
↬ Local bus stops close by (some tours & restaurants also offer free shuttles!)
↬ Public boat launch at Shute Harbour 1 min drive away.
↬ Fishing at the Shute Harbour pontoon is only a short walk away.
↬ Airlie Beach is about 10min drive/bus to Airlie's Main Street & Lagoon, and enjoy the famous waterfront boardwalk (Bicentennial Walk it's called, we highly recommend guests to do this walk, just stunning views and you can have breakfast or lunch along the way.)

↬ If you have a car there is free parking on the street, if you have a boat we can assist in storage at our property close by if required (just ask us).
↬ There is a bus stop at the harbour, only a few minutes walk, best to check bus time table with Whitsunday Transit bus company.
↬ There is a Taxi service also available 131008.
↬ FREE SHUTTLES: Some tours & restaurants also offer free shuttles, so be sure to ask when you book with them.

↬ This is not a serviced unit. Please note for stays longer than 5 days we will provide a free linen change and room clean. We supply a complimentary starter kit for your stay, comprising of coffee, tea, sugar, milk, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, toilet paper, salt, pepper, oil, just to make your stay even easier.
↬SELF CHECK-IN DETAILS AND LOCK BOX CODES WILL BE SENT TO GUEST 48 HOURS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. Please ensure a valid email address in provided for all correspondence (No reception on-site)

↬ The following Code of Conduct governs tenant behaviour and use of the property. The tenant agrees to follow the guidelines below, for themselves and any visitor they allow at the property.
TENANTS: All guest must be (over 21 years of age to book and or stay).
No unauthorised people permitted to stay overnight. Maximum
2 guests allowed on this property ADULTS ONLY.
NOISE AND NUISANCE: The tenants agree not to cause or permit nuisance at the property. This includes excessive noise, disruptive behaviour. Noise should generally cease after 9pm Sunday through to Thursday and 10pm Friday and Saturday, but consideration should always be given to neighbouring properties. The guests agree that the premises will NOT BE USED AS A PARTY HOUSE.
PARKING: is available on street.
GARBAGE/TRASH AND RECYCLING: Guests are to dispose of garbage and recycling accordance with the usual practice, bins have been provided. NO rubbish is to be thrown in the garden.
PREMISES CONDITION AND CLEANLINESS: The tenants agree to leave the premise in a clean and tidy condition upon vacating, with all fittings and chattels in their original condition and position at the beginning of stay. All items provided for use are to remain property of the premises. Tenants are to advise the property manager of any damage or disrepair within 12 hours of this occurring. Any repairs for damage or excessive cleaning that is attributed to the tenants stay will be paid for by the tenants; including but not limited to stains on sheets and towels.
KEYS: At the end of the agreed tenancy, tenants agree to lock the premises, close all windows turn lights and air conditioning off and return one key to the lock box Any lost keys will be replaced at the tenant’s expense. Please make sure you lock up each time you leave the property.
SMOKING: All tenants agree to abide by the no-smoking rule anywhere inside this property, only allowed to smoke outside with all sliding doors closed.
TERMINATION OF ACCOMMODATION: If tenants are found to have contravened any of the above Code of Conduct responsibilities, a verbal warning will be issued. If the contravention is not rectified immediately the accommodation booking will be terminated within 2 hours’ notice of the Property Manager’s discretion. No refunds will be made.
↬ Our aim is for your comfort and enjoyment, and if we can add to that in any way please let us know.
↬ The front door does self lock so please make sure you take your keys with you please do not leave the key in the back of the door, so you don't lock yourself out.
↬ The cockatoos will come inside if doors are left open and food left out, we suggest not to feed these birds on the balcony.
↬ In North Queensland we have bugs that can fly into the unit.

It is a beautiful hidden away place, quiet, gorgeous view and pool, we enjoyed being there. Property is in perfect condition with well equipped kitchen.
