Super convenient location, that isn't far from the strip. Plenty of shops and places to eat nearby. Quiet community. The property was immaculate and everything was smooth with everything working as intended. The only feedback I'd have is that 1 of the bedrooms, has a mattress that's ready to replaced - but otherwise, highly recommended! Would stay here again.

Dancers stay in Vegas

We were very busy performing all three days and we could make big breakfasts at the house and have comfortable sleeping at night. We had lots of laughs at your very comfy home.

Great home base

If you are here to explore the food of spring mountain this is a great place. Quick drive over to the strip or Fremont street. Some of the beds were pretty stiff and the rooms don’t have ceiling fans. Good for the price.

Very clean inside. The King bed was comfortable. We found a great breakfast place a block away. Griddle cakes is a must if you stay here.

Nice Stay

Check-in was easy, house was very clean, area was nice. Plenty of towels and blankets. Lots of space. We had 4 adults staying here and it was a nice place to hang out between our activities. It was very convenient to the strip, Red Rock canyon and everywhere that we went during our stay. We would definitely stay here again if we return.

The house was spacious and clean. The host was easy to communicate with and responded rather quickly. Our only problem was with the neighborhood. I’m not sure if people are upset that the house is used as a rental but our minivan was keyed across the entire passenger side and we have no footage of who did it so we are now left with the bill to get it fixed. We will not be back for this reason.

Nice house in quiet neighborhood

The house is just as described. A 4 bedroom, 2 bath house in a quiet neighborhood. That was just what we were looking for. The bathrooms have shampoo, body wash, hair dryers, and extra towels. BTW the towels are good quality and soft. The owner, Cayden, responded quickly to messages and questions. Nearby, there are some stores and restaurants. I highly recommend Griddlecakes for breakfast.

Exactly as depicted

Cayden's property was exactly as described- easy access to shops, Strip, etc., able to accommodate 8 in beds, plus a couple more on air mattresses and check-in/out were accomplished via phone calls. However, a couple of items made our stay less than perfect: 1.) One of the sheets had a large smudge on it. It may have been washed, but just not very well... 2.) Streaming services were available on the television, but it did not seem to be set up to view broadcast stations. and 3.) The dishwasher didn't work. Since we didn't eat-in, it was not a major inconvenience, but for large groups who would cook, it could be annoying. And I did have to (hand)wash the one pot I used to boil water for tea. It had a film on it, as though it hadn't been used in some time. None of these issues were big deals, but worth a bit of attention.
