It was the pits!

The check in process was like something from an Escape Room. We ran into another holiday-maker on their first day and they too agreed with the check-in process being all cloak and dagger. The property was FILTHY! I mean disgusting! Pots, pans and cutlery were used and put straight back in the cupboard. The oven tray was full of fat. I have photos of everything! Given it was COVID-19 the pool was closed, but no one cared about checking if the property was clean or not. You could write your name in the dust...and I did! The bath tub had cigarette burns in it. It was the most unwelcoming experience I have ever had. There were cockroaches up on the top deck. Everything was old and dirty. We had to wash all the glassware and crockery ourselves. Rubbish had been left behind by the previous people so we had to clean all the bins out. It was awful! It was expensive for what it was. The beds were uncomfortable and the shower heads were ridiculous. We were contemplating checking out early it was SO bad. Don't do it to yourself! Please! The managing agents were just the pits. Whatever you do, don't ask them a question, or you will be charged for it! I have never had such an awful experience on a holiday from go to woah!

A little outdated, but a comfortable.

The room with the bunk beds was misleading, A very small room with no window or ventilation. Build up of mould in the ensuit bathroom, wasn’t pleasant. The outdoor areas could be better presented all three areas needed a clean and furniture could be updated. Kitchen supplies was good had everything we needed. The DVD player didn’t connect to tv. Supplying wifi, would of been appreciated and expected these days. No access to pool, made it unfortunate as I checked twice with stayz and the real estate, before finalising my last payment. All towels and sheets supplied were clean. Layout of apartment was good and very private.

Great facilities and location

Clean facilities, great location close to water, shops, restaurants. Good for families. Unfortunately the pool was closed due to Covid which we weren't advised of prior to attending, which was a disappointment for the kids.
