The location was excellent, very close to the beach and not far from the commercial area by bike. The house and pool were laid out very nice for entertaining but could use a little updating. The staff was phenomenal in responding to our needs and requests for various items. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay and look forward to working together with SBL in the future.

Great location for quick access to beach. Large house. Nice view of pond and golf course from rear. Pool area gets sun after 2:00. Everything very clean, but could use some updating.

When we awoke the next morning and opened our blinds, we were immediately taken by the beautiful greenery and river flowing directly behind the home. The glass doors in the living room open up all the way, so you have the immediate indoor to outdoor living. We thought that was one of the coolest things about the house. When you walk out to the patio you overlook the inviting pool and connecting hot tub.The home is beautifully decorated from top to bottom. Beds are very comfortable, Two master suites with walk in closets, two other bedrooms on the main floor and one down below. Huge beautiful kitchen with a gas stove, I love to cook so that was a plus. They have a Countertop spice rack Tower with any spice you would ever need. There is also a grill off the patio, which we used. The other awesome thing is you are a very short walk to the beach!They provide a wagon for you to load all your possessions to take to the beach, very convenient. White soft sandy beaches await, full of sea shells for your picking. Very quite neighborhood, property landscaping immaculate.Its all about the details, they have pretty much thought of everything you would ever need. Very relaxing trip, we will definitely be back!

A Slice of Paradise

Fabulous rental! So much wildlife to view from the lanai (our favorite feature of the house). Loved having our own private pool too. Kitchen has everything you need- we mostly ate at home and enjoyed having all the tools, pots and pans we needed for anything we cooked. Property management was immediately responsive for even the smallest thing- would rent from them again in a heartbeat!

Not worth the price!

The condition of the home was unacceptable for the price we paid to rent it for the month. We had constant issues with the water (no hot water), the pool and hot tub (wouldn’t heat), no dish washer (standing water in the dishwasher that smelled bad), leaking propane, cabinets falling apart and held together with tape. The WiFi and internet was not avaioable the first day because the landscaper had cut the line. I was on the phone with the management company every other day. The management company did their best, but the homeowners should be moritified to rent their home in this condition. With my previous experiences, the price should have dictated a vastly better experience. Do not rent this home at this price!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We always enjoy Sanibel, although this year we had to deal with Covid 19. House was as represented in photos. Pool area very enjoyable. Layout of house a little strange, with the 4th bathroom isolated on second floor. Nice roomy kitchen and loved the large lanai. A bit of pruning on rear foliage would enhance the view. A few very minor issues were addressed promptly by SBL staff.

February on the Island

We had a wonderful stay at this house! The house was perfect, clean, and comfortable. Truly a fantastic location, close to the beach. The bike path is also right out the front door. Looking forward to returning to Sanibel in the future.
