Lots of strong good points, but two key bad points

Strong points: -gorgeous view -roomy and newish lodging -great pool and hot tub -awesome location with walking distance to launch area of lake and public swimming area -right across from shave ice hut However, the unit is on the first floor and the builders clearly skimped on soundproofing between the floors. There was family of ten staying in the unit above us ranging from 5 to 75 years old. Every time someone walked to the bathroom or moved a suitcase, it thundered into our unit. Every step sounded like a herd of elephants. The chairs on their balcony sounded like a subway squeezing every time they moved. We couldn’t maintain conversations, read or watch tv without being distracted by the noise, which was unrelenting between 7 am and noon and 6 pm to midnight. Less annoying, but still bothersome was the linen. It was pretty rough in the master bedroom and difficult to sleep on. Overall, great place if you don’t spend much time in the unit outside of midnight and 7 am. Otherwise the noise is a huge negative and damper on a vacation.

Manson condo with view

Our ground level unit worked fine for two couples. One bedroom had a king bed with separate bathroom. Second bedroom had queen bed with bathroom separated by a sliding door inside the bedroom. Nice location and nice view of the lake from across the street. Only complaint was lack of hangers. For the two bedrooms there was only one hanger. After contacting and leaving messages with both contact numbers listed, we received no response, and no add’l hangers!

Great location with lovely amenities

Had a great long weekend stay at this property. Perfect size for a family of four. The kids loved the playset, the pool and hot tubs. The adults enjoyed the view and being able to walk downtown for dinner. The only complaint was that the unit was noisy once people moved in above us. I would recommend the location but maybe a higher unit.

Great all around condo!

Perfect location with a 5 min walk to Manson and Shoreline boat rental. Great for small kids since it is directly across from a small playground. Nice pool and hot tub. Clean condo with nice furnishings and everything you need. Host was very easy to communicate with and check in was very simple and easy. We'd love to stay again!

Perfect Spot for Wine Weekend

We were celebrating birthdays (which turned into engagement!) and wanted a week away to drink as much wine as possible. Mission accomplished, you are super central to a ton of wineries and easy walking distance to the main downtown! The pool and hot tubs were amazing and so lovely. No issues with any cleanliness or Covid issues, everyone was so nice and kept their distance in the pool. The food options are really limited in Manson so you might have to go a bit further but other than that, excellent location!

Manson vacation with baby

I was happy this place provided a pack and play. The unit was very clean and had a spacious feel. We invited “Uncle” on this trip and it was great he had how own bed and bathroom. The biggest downfall is the noise as mentioned in other reviews. I didn’t mind some noise until I was trying to put our 11 month old for a nap.

Amazing family getaway

We had a wonderful time with our family at this condo. It was very clean, and had all items need to cook and enjoy our stay. The pool was nice, and we were close to the Lake. We were able to walk to many restaurants. We were able to walk across the street to the Lake and rent jet skies and a boat. We would love to go back.

Beautiful property!

This was our first trip to Lake Chelan and we loved our stay! Such a charming and clean unit, with a wonderful view of the lake. Kelly was very responsive and welcoming. The one downside was the noise proofing was a bit challenging. There was a family above us that had kids running in their unit ALL day and night long for 2 days straight that was a bit annoying. That being said, we would absolutely return and recommend this spot to anyone!

Westside Family

Long weekend stay

My family went looking for a long weekend in Chelan/Manson. We stumbled upon Marina's Edge. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised by the how nice the property and condo was. You could tell it was a relatively new property. The quality of the interior was just as nice. The location was perfect for walking to the beach, public swim area, local restaurants, boat rentals, etc. The only downside (and it was a big one) was the noise level coming for the unit above us. They weren't weren't having a party or anything, it was just a large family, walking, moving chairs on the deck, etc. It was non-stop noise. It sounded like someone was moving in, moving furniture, it was almost unbearable. This was the case every day/night we were there. I let the family above us know the situation and they tried to be quiet, but the way things are built, there wasn't much of a solution. The good news is were were outside of the unit most of the day, but when we were inside, it was not a great experience. We stayed on the ground floor. We'd come back to stay, but would do our best to reserve a top floor unit.
