When i booked this it was myself and three young grandchildren. When i got the confirmation, it was for 2 adults. They gave me a contact who would not message back to make sure my reservation was correct. I had only 2 days to cancel and get my money back. Finally messaged back and said it was fine. As soon as we arrived I wasn't able to unlick door. Worked on it for a half hour in the sweltering heat. Had to call my contact, hoping he would answer. Finally told me it was a unit with a messed up lock. Kept giving me different numbers to try. Finally got in and the kids said what is that awful smell. Opened door to balcony and screen fell off. Tried to leave and couldn't lock door. The next morning 2 guys showed up to spray for bugs. I daid the kids are asleep, is it safe. They assured me it was so i allowed them to do it. Was sweeping the floor, no dustpan. Was supposed to run dishwasher, but it didn't work so had to wash dishes by hand. No plug for sink. Finally found one in the bathroom. Two tvs and neither worked. When i went to checkout they told me I had to call my contact. No answer and mailbox was full so i emailed him hoping i wouldn't get charged for another night. I don't like to complain, but this was alot. I paid for those amenities.
