The Space:

Enjoy plenty of peace and quiet at this sunny second-floor condo on Hilton Head Island! Just six minutes from Folly Field Beach, this bright and inviting retreat features a compact but well-equipped kitchen with everything you need to brew your morning coffee or whip up a delicious dinner. Gather for mealtimes or a few rainy-day board games in the adjacent dining area (complete with a handy wet bar), then unwind in the living area's cozy sectional in front of the cable-equipped TV. Remote workers will love the sunlit table, perfect for setting up a laptop and getting a change of scenery.



Step outside to soak up the Carolina sunshine or dine alfresco on your furnished private balcony. Best of all, one of the community pools is just one flight of stairs away — perfect for a quick dip whenever the mood strikes. When you're ready to move a little, head to the on-site tennis or pickleball courts (four paddles and balls are provided in the condo!) or get a workout in at the fitness center.



Rounding out the comforts: central air conditioning, complimentary high-speed internet, and a private washer/dryer for effortless packing.

Nice easy walk to the beach. Just steps from the pool. Close to restaurants. Great place to spend the 4th!

The property was ok but the windows and doors are very thin because we could literally hear every conversation happening outside and kids screaming in the pool. The living room tv did not work at all - we could not get it to turn on. The complex lost power multiple times for extended periods, which with it being nearly 100 degrees is very troubling. The pool nearest the unit was DIRTY - the grounds by the chairs and the actual pool also. The pass to get inside the complex took many, many swipes to actually work.

The condo is completely adequate. It was clean and had all of the necessary "stuff" to make our stay comfortable. The decor is dated but sufficient. The pool was right next to the complex and was easily accessible. I will say that the description told us it was a 1 minute walk tot he beach. It was, in fact, a 10 minute walk to the sand. I'm not sure what constitutes "the beach" to them, but to me it means sand and water. The path was a flat, easy walk and was shaded for the most part so it was fine. Just definitely farther than 1 minute. The only issues were that the check-in directions told us that we would need to check in with the gate attendant to verify our apartment number and get a parking ticket. The attendant was not on duty in the gate house. Luckily, the gate was open and we eventually just went to our unit and skipped this step. When I called We are able to access the apartment with the directions and code sent to me. However, I did call the number listed in said message to inquire about the parking pass and after some conversation found out that the rental company listed and that I called was no longer responsible for this establishment. I was then given another number to call. Eventually it was settled. I got a parking pass until the next day. It did not impact our stay it just made our arrival confusing. We ended up informing a number of other travelers to directing them based on what we had learned.
