Very nice property! Had some difficulty finding the unit because the buildings all kind of look alike and got there was some confusion as to WHERE the unit was (but there was a mix-up between the front desk and the guard at the gate - NOT fault of the owner). Liked convenience to the beach. The place was clean (there was some schmutz on the refrigerator - and to be fair the furnture could use some updating (but it's a BEACH-villa, right?) so as a prior owner in HH - its to be expected. All in all it was a nice little place tor a a getaway and I would rent again.

The beds were horrible! The room smelled musty. The neighbors above us sounded like wounded giraffes playing basket ball all hours of the night to the point I had to make complaints. Couldn’t check in even an hour or two early had to out my stuff on a roller car and leave it setting so my car could be towed cause I had car issues 45 minutes from my destination.

The room was ok. There was dust or possibly something that looked like mold above the refrigerator area. The wallpaper was peeling in areas and the bedroom definitely could use a new coat of paint. The location was great. The bathroom had been updated and was nice. I tried to reach out two times to the host but never heard anything back-it was a holiday weekend so that’s understandable. There was construction in another unit near us and they worked from 8 till about 8pm. I would stay in the building again but probably not the same unit.
