Welcome to our warm and inviting Lake Tahoe Cabin, excellent to relax and enjoy the beauty of the area. Perfect Summer/Ski Getaway! It is conveniently located at the North Shore in Kings Beach, on a quiet cul-de-sac walking distance to regional parks/trails 10 minutes to Northstar Ski Resort and 3 minutes to the lake.

Ideal for anyone looking to enjoy a Kings Beach getaway.

The space

We live in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood called Kingswood Estates in Kings Beach. It's very well kept and plowed during the winters, includes both vacation and permanent houses, and borders the North Tahoe Regional Park with wonderful walking trails and public tennis courts and fields.

Only five minutes from some of the best sandy beaches at Lake Tahoe and a drive over the summit gets you to Northstar Resort.

Our cabin is a reverse floor plan home with the main living area upstairs as well as the master bedroom (CA King Size bed) is upstairs. As you go up the stairs you will be greeted with a generous open layout. The cozy living room with high ceilings, a gas stove to keep you warm, set with a very comfy leather couch and 2 leather recliners, allows you to just relax or watch TV with the family.

Adding to this cozy atmosphere you will find the dining room with a sliding door leading to one of the decks set with a table and chairs to enjoy meals during the warmer time.

The kitchen is equipped with new appliances including a large gas range, coffee machine, blender, microwave, oven, with a full assortment of cookware and serving dishes and utensils.all the utensils necessary for you to feel at home. It has a modern stainless steel French door model refrigerator.

In the top level you will also find a bathroom and the washer and dryer.
The spacious master bedroom with an on-suite is equipped with warm linens and we also provide towels, and toiletry (shampoo/conditioner soap, toilet paper). There is also a comfy couch and wall-mounted TV for relaxing.

In the lower level we have the other two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a sitting area with a TV and access to another deck and the playground.

Guest access

All of the areas of the cabin are accessible to our guests including the garage that can park 1 car. I am available by phone and email, but do not live at Tahoe. Our housekeeper is nearby.

We welcome ski lease and long term rentals.

KEY ACCESS:
We will provide you with a PIN code to access the house after you confirm your
reservation. The code will be valid at 4:00 pm the check in day until 11:00 am. at check out day.

The cabin is walking distance to North Lake Tahoe Blvd. (.2 miles away) to the fabulous restaurants and quaint shops of Kings Beach, Crystal Bay Casinos, and Kings Beach public beach.
