¡Relájese y disfrute de una hermosa propiedad boscosa grande en una moderna y bien mantenida cabaña de vacaciones de 3 dormitorios y 2 1/2 baños en una tranquila calle sin salida a solo 800 pies de la hermosa costa del lago Tahoe y la playa Hurricane Bay!

Perfecto tanto para actividades de verano como de invierno. Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows, Granlibakken y Homewood, las estaciones de esquí se encuentran a pocas millas. Esquí de fondo o raquetas de nieve desde la puerta de la cabina hasta el área de Ward Creek. ¡Las actividades de senderismo, ciclismo, natación y pesca abundan!

Place was great my kids adored the house. Walk to the beach and a playground. West side Tahoe for our 20th wedding anniversary was perfect. Would stay again when we go back.

Great cabin!!

This cabin was clean and cozy and had everything we needed! There were tons of games and clear instructions for everything. Would love to return someday!

Great spot!

A great house in the Tahoe area. Clean and well stocked with all things we needed. Communication with owners was easy and helpful. Check in and out instructions were clear. I’d recommend and stay again.

Wonderful Winter Wonderland

The cabin was super clean and had every amenity. The kitchen was well stocked; the knives were sharp, there was good quality cookware and the floor was spotless! The gas fireplace was wonderful and made the downstairs area so comfy and cozy! And there were plenty of towels. There were lots of games, books and toys for all ages, as well. The internet worked well also. There had been snowfall before our arrival, so the whole area was beautiful. The roads were well maintained, the driveway was clear and the front steps had been groomed. It really made our arrival so much easier. The views from the cabin were great and the check-in/out directions were well written and easy to follow. The cabin is conveniently located to all that Tahoe City has to offer. There's a great park (Ward Creek?) within walking distance, which we enjoyed for some snow shoeing and exercise. There's a golf course "in town" that offers cross country skiing and a small sledding hill that was perfect for our toddler granddaughter. We would most definitely stay again!

Family Tahoe vacation

The property is beautiful, clean and well maintained. Great location. Kitchen is well appointed with everything we needed. We had a comfortable and fun stay. Would definitely stay here again.

The Best Tahoe Cabin!

This is the best cozy Tahoe cabin! It has 3 roomy bedrooms upstairs, a well equipped kitchen, and is in a nice quiet neighborhood.

Wonderful West Shore cabin

Cozy, traditional cabin on Tahoe's west shore. In the woods, but close to the amenities of Tahoe City and area activities. The owners are very friendly and communicative. We would love to stay here again!

Cozy Cabin Retreat

We had a wonderful holiday celebration with our family and close friends at the lovely Shady Lane Cabin. The location is perfect! It's set in the woods, close to the lakeshore and just a few miles from Tahoe City. I'm an avid cook and found the kitchen well stocked for all my cooking needs. The cabin has a cozy feel and it's pleasantly decorated. We felt at home during our stay. Mary Anne and Eugene are very kind folks and our communication with them was excellent. We loved the informative binders they left out for our stay, one was dedicated to the household and the other to local activities. We enjoyed a very safe and much needed respite from the current crazy 2020 times. We highly recommend that you treat yourselves to Shady Lane Cabin retreat too!!!

Home away from home

The best way I can put it, I felt as is I was home. I felt this way without the burden of “to dos”. The cabin was so cozy and comfy. We were looking for something that did not feel like a hotel but something kept clean, and we found it. I can see my family coming back for many more years to come and building many more memories!!! Just what we were looking for. In the woods, near trails and beach. A perfect respite.

All plans went smoothly except for delayed flight and lost suitcase! Arrived at cabin in the dark...directions were so good we drove right to it! Thanks for the specific directions. Enjoyed every aspect of the house inside and out. Could not resist the hammock and looking up through the trees. Would love to go again and stay longer!

A gem in a great location

We had a wonderful time at this property and the owners were so nice to work with! The cabin is in a great location walking distance to a beach & bike paths, and close to Tahoe City. There were lots of activities for the kids to do at the cabin and it was fully stocked with everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time at Shady Lane! Everything was perfect! Very good detailed instructions. The cabin is set up so it is very easy to get set up for our stay. We love the location and look forward to staying there again.

Cozy home in quiet neighborhood

We had a wonderful stay at The Huebels home on the Westshore. It is very clean, warm and well-appointed with all the essential amentities. The location is great with close proximity to several markets and a 5-10 minute drive to Homewood in one direction and to Tahoe City.in the other direction. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to navigate in and out of in the snow. We would highly recommend it for a small family!

Beautiful property and area

We had a wonderful few days over Christmas at the Shady Lane house. The house/cabin was well taken care of, very clean, and the layout was very comfortable. We were 4 adults and 4 kids (ages raging from 6 years old to 8 months old). I liked that there was not any/many little things standing around that the kids could break - thus not necessitating me to have to re-organize and move a million little things as usual! It was close enough to Tahoe City to make it easy to get groceries, do touristy things (including sledding), but far enough to give the idea of being in your own world. We were lucky to get a snow storm on our second day, and the kids loved playing in the snow in the backyard, and building their own snowmen. Would definitely visit again!

Great Location, Perfectly Equipped

This was the perfect winter cabin getaway! House is very comfortable for two families, with all bedrooms upstairs and living/kitchen/half bath downstairs. The property is spacious and was full of beautiful snow, located in a great neighborhood, minutes from the restaurants/shopping in Tahoe City. Plus, the owners were pleasant and accommodating, great home and great price.
