Cliffside View of Northwest Arkansas
The home is very unique and beautiful. Open floor plan with the Northwest wall of glass that opens with double 9ft doors to bring the 30'×15' deck and beautiful view to the focal point of it's design. 2 full bathrooms and bedrooms plus a large sleep loft overlooking the great room with a hideaway nook with full bed next to the traditional wood stove which is functional but not necessary. The new HVAC system and smart systems are controlled with a central touch screen that can be adjusted remotely so coming back to a cold or hot house is unnecessary. The Kitchen and Laundry are all fully functional and integrated by Samsung Electronics Washer/Dryer/Stove/Oven/Dishwasher/Microwave & Refrigerator/Freezer.
It's not roughing it but on 7 acres of lush forest that is totally private and full of waterfalls, cliffs,and wildlife to enjoy it's ok to pretend you are. 😉
