Your own personal paradise awaits at this idyllic waterfront cottage, which accommodates up to eight guests between three bedrooms and a sleeper sofa. Enjoy refreshing dips in your private pool and spa, blend up favorite frozen concoctions in the fully equipped kitchen, and entertain with ease in the sunlit open living area.

As part of the island-inspired community of Margaritaville Resort Orlando, enjoy a destination within itself -- complete with fantastic dining, vibrant entertainment, and one-of-a-kind amenities.
Make a splash in three lagoon-style pools and the 14-acre waterpark, or pamper yourself with custom-designed treatments at the signature spa. Amazing Time

The kitchen had everything to make your own food. The beds were really comfortable! We went to Disney for a few days and had relaxing days swimming too. Sunset Walk was right there too for dining and shopping. Our kids loved the arcade! I would highly recommend this property and can't wait to go back!

Beautiful cottage great location good back yard view. Very comfortable for the family. Wish we had more time to spend at the resort great pool facilities! Super nice and convenient village area for dining, partying and shopping. We would definitely recommend to freinds and family. Only one negative our backyard Jacuzzi was not usable .

No refund or changes allowed even in a hurricane!

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I've stayed here several times. The place is beautiful however,I called to change my week stay due to hurricane Ian and they would not allow any changes. 3300.00 just lost. I am very disappointed!

Only one garbage bag rlprovoded along with 2 yowls in a 3 bedroom cottage. Had to call twice for linens for pull out sofa. Tiles broken on pool wall. Garbage laying outside along the fence. Worst cottage I have rented

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good experience not great. Staff was nice house was clean, but several things didn’t work and never got fixed durning our stay even though they were all pointed out. Surround sound that was in list of amities didn’t work. Coffee maker wasn’t as described. Also the stairs had a broken piece that my son constantly stubbed his toe in and tore part of his toe nail on. All they did to fix was put painters tape on it. Pool pump wasn’t working and hot tub did not work properly.

Reviewer Comments: Location is great. 30 mins from airport, 15-30 mins from all Disney parks. Hour 15 to cocoa beach. The pool is lovely. There’s are necessarily positive or negatives just comments to help future guests! 1. Very limited supplies, only bar soap in all sink areas. May want to purchases a soap for hands. 2. No salt, pepper or anything along those lines (I’m sure covid restrictions) 3. No pizza cutter lol 4. The dishwasher was broke which no one told us till we found out ourself which is fine but kinda annoying when your on vacation don’t really want to do dishes. There was not much or anything for drying rags to do hand dishes either so we used the beach towels. Again, fine but annoying? The house is “clean” however it could use a good deep clean as you feet get quiet dirty as you walk thru barefoot. Lastly, the shower pressure is INSANE! Literally like a power wash. My 3 year old son hated the shower cause it hurt. Nothing to do about it just don’t be surprised at the pressure! Overal good experience location is the main reason we booked and the biggest plus of the house. The amenities are slim and could be elevated but that’s up to each persons preference :)

Beautiful resort, but not a beautiful rental company

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented through Vstays. While the resort itself was beautiful, upon arrival we had issues with the company. First, there was no coffee pot in the cottage. After finally getting through to someone, a coffee pot was delivered. We went to the resort convenience store and were informed they did not sell coffee or filters. We would need to go to Target (10 pm at night). Then, the next morning we found out the pool and hot tub pump were not on. Called to get this fixed. That evening, hot tub was still cold. We were told they would need to switch the heating choice to hot tub, and that we should have received an email with options to request this prior to check in. We never did, nor did I get one in my Spam. I also let them know I never received the confirmation receipt of payment I had asked for twice, both over the phone and via email. After the pool/hot tub working for 1 day, we returned from Epcot to find it cold again. Then we were told we needed to run the hot tub jets for 20 minutes to warm it up. This changed to temp to luke-warm. Upon check-in, I arranged a late check-out (leaving at 1 pm instead of 11 am), which is an option if you pay $150. That morning we went to the resort pool. I returned to find many missed calls and a message left of my phone at 11:23 am that we were to vacate immediately. If our luggage was not removed, they would need to remove it. I called multiple times and finally got an answer. I was told there was nothing in my account regarding a late checkout. I let her know that I indeed set it up upon arrival, agreeing to pay the $150. She tried to tell me it would be $300 (which is only if you stay until 4). I corrected her. I also let her know of the many unfortunate issues we had that we would not expect when paying so much. I am not one to complain, but felt it was frustrating to pay for a pool and service, but not get it. At this time, she said she would send me the email address of her supervisor so I could contact him. She never did.

The resort’s tropical vibes and laid-back atmosphere made it the perfect spot to relax. The home were spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing a great home base for our Orlando adventures. The pool was fantastic, and the on-site dining options offered a variety of delicious meals. The proximity to local attractions like Disney made it a convenient choice. We do wish we had more bath towels, pool towels, and bedding for our stay. 1 set of towels per person is not enough. Overall, we loved the vibrant atmosphere and would definitely recommend it for a fun and relaxing getaway.

Some of the furniture could do with a bit of an upgrade - only 1 sofa which was uncomfortable and threadbare in places. Sunbeds were unusable, also no pool lights.

Reviewer Comments: We love Margaritaville Orlando.We only had a few issues during this visit.One, the pool was not clean and we had to call each time we wanted debris removed and one time were told that maintenance wasn’t scheduled for that day so we had to swim in dirty water. The last morning we just went to the resort pool.Second, the downstairs temperature never got below 76 so sleeping in the downstairs bedroom was not comfortable.Third, the disposal was plugged in but not operational.Other than those issues. We had a great time.

The kids enjoyed the pool and game room at the house. The location is very nice, for the most part there is privacy in the pool and patio area. We noticed other houses had a sidewalk behind them that went to the main pool area of the Resort or the ones without a pool had another house directly behind them. Loved the area, many restaurant choices, shopping, and fun for the kids.

Only negatives were that the pool was very dirty when we arrived, but was quickly fixed. The floors in the cottage could use to be mopped, our feet were black. Beyond that, the beds we comfortable, and we had a great time. Every interaction or question/concern was quickly taken care of by the staff.

Lovely house - needs attention to details.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was beautiful and very clean. The house has the bare minimum in amenities. It has a pool which we enjoyed but the towels were a little bigger than a hand towel. We had 6 people in and out all day with small thin towels. Same for the bathrooms. 1 bath towel pp for 5 days. In 2 of the bathrooms, the tp holders were broken and on the floor. As for the kitchen, be prepared, there’s not even salt and pepper. These details, which are easily remedied, would have made our trip better.

Reviewer Comments: It’s the 3rd time in Margaritaville, 4th if you count the 1 Day we had before lockdown in March of 2020. 2nd time at this address, loved every minute of it. The house is absolutely amazing very clean and like all the rest of the homes in Margaritaville nicely decorated. The pool and spa with the water view is the cherry on top. The community pool is also very fun for the family, we recommend that if you are in Margaritaville, you go here.

The Promenade so close was a nice addition.Cottage did need some repairs, AC stopped working, bathroom fixtures coming off walls, no kitchen towels provided but location was fantastic!

Excellent getaway

Nice Stay at Margaritaville

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at our condo with the private pool and spa. Upon arrival the unit was clean and we liked our location on the property. We were unsure how to get the spa to warm, but did call the front desk to get a solution to our problem and had a warm spa within a half hour. We did have a mite problem on the kitchen counters. Anytime food was set on the counter, small little mites would come out. We had to store all of our food in the refrigerator during our stay. Perhaps the unit needs to be sprayed? We also would recommend having a couple of towels for the kitchen. We had to use quite a few paper towels due to there being none. I also would recommend having additional bath size towels, especially with the pool and spa onsite - 6 towels was not enough. I recommend a net or something to clean the pool. There was quite a bit of debris floating in the pool, and we did not have anything to clean it with. We did enjoy our location, and how close we were to the resort, pool and main building. We like the area as it’s close to theme parks, good restaurants, and grocery stores. we would definitely stay again, this is our second time being at Margaritaville and enjoyed both of our stays.
