Our 4 bedroom, 2 full bath, 1 full pool bathroom with outside shower and 1 half bath is fully equipped with all the personal touches of a well-appointed home. The large open kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, soft close cabinets/drawers and granite counter tops. It overlooks the spacious living room which is equipped with a large flat screen TV, comfortable pull out couch which converts to a queen sofa bed to accommodate an additional 2 guests, reclining chair, coffee table and side table. The master suite is quiet and restful, and prepared with fluffy towels and soft linens. It overlooks the pool and offers its own sliding doors to the pool area. It comes fully furnished with a king size bed, bed side tables, lamps, and a large flat screen TV, with a custom designed ensuite master bathroom with his and her sinks, 2 rain shower heads and a private room for the toilet. The first bedroom upstairs has the Disney Princesses and Cars characters to welcome you. It is fully furnished with two twin tumbler beds, overhead fan/light, closet and matching Disney character bedding. The second bedroom upstairs offers an underwater experience with our friends from Finding Nemo. It is fully furnished with a queen size bed, overhead fan/light, closet and comfortable bedding. The third bedroom upstairs has Mickey Mouse and friends welcoming you. It is fully furnished with a queen size bed, bed side table, overhead fan/light, walk in closet and comfortable bedding. The dining room offers a spacious dining table to make those holiday dinners even more memorable, 2 reclining chairs, a desk and a buffet bar. There is a separate laundry room just off the garage with top load washer and front load dryer.

The heated pool and patio overlooks the beautiful lake and fountain and is equipped with a 7 chair table, 3 lounges, side table which turns into a cooler, BBQ (can be requested with a fee), outside shower and the second half bath is located by the pool area for your convenience. Pool heating (pool + spa) is optional and can be requested for $35 per day ($25 between Apr to Sep) to offset the gas cost, and is recommended during cooler months. Please note whether you would need pool heating for your stay.
