Bright, Sunny 3 bedroom, 2 bath house in the Shinnecock Hills area of Southampton, south of the highway. Temper-pedic mattresses. New kitchen, appliances, central air, heat, WIFI, 2 flat screen TV's, Netflix, clean, modern furniture, outdoor patio, outdoor shower, spa/hot tub Hot Springs salt water. WiFi. Bridge to private area, bench on bridge, pool, Gas BBQ grill, 2 patios, parking, minutes from ocean beaches, village, wineries, town, theater, restaurants. Great for families. No groups , bachelorette parties.
No outside guests, just number of persons registered.

Make sure your clean before entering hot tub. No sand, soap, lotion. If hot tub water needs to be drained, the cost will be toward the guest.
* Travelers will be responsible for gas as needed for pool heater if overused. Turn off pool heater when leaving pool area. No unauthorized guests.
* All toys, pool toys and floats and beach chairs must be put back neatly where they were clean from sand and mud.
