Dawn Beach Club will provide owner's beach-front beach level unit (in building A) or closest equivalent available, price $3000-$4000/wk dependent specific unit. Units have 3 large bedrooms (king beds), 2 bathrooms, kitchen equipped for cooking, living room/dining area, sofas converting to beds in living room, washer and dryer. Best beach in Saint Martin, with living reef and innumerable fish just off beach. Use of resort pool, exercise facilities, etc. included. Wi-fi. Saturday-to-Saturday rental.
