About this property

Beautiful Townhouse in Lázaro Beach - Ubatuba

I rent for season and weekends, a sobrado in Praia do Lázaro; Ubatuba / SP - for up to 16 People - 300 mts from the beach.
At the top, we have:
- 4 bedrooms, 2 suites and one bathroom and a large mezzanine.
On the bottom:
- Large dining room;
- Large living room and TV;
- Wi-fi, NETFLIX and SKY;
- Two bathrooms;
- Equipped kitchen;
- 1 refrigerator and 1 fridge;
- Equipped service area;
- Barbecue and pizza oven;
- Pool; (daily maintenance)
- 2 Garages;
- Ceiling fans in all rooms;
- All beds are upstairs.
There is no risk of water shortage, we have reserve box.
Total security, because the housekeeper lives next door.

It is not allowed to host any type of animal.

The house is located on the side street of Pousada A Cor do Sol and behind the Hotel Saveiros.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
