MI. Mono Mai! Bienvenido a Kamaole Beach Royale, nuestro hogar lejos del hogar. Al otro lado de la calle de Kamaole 1! 🐠

Condominio en el quinto piso con una vista espectacular desde el Lanai. Ver las islas vecinas 🌴 y el hermoso océano mientras disfruta de su bebida especial.

Justo al otro lado de la calle está Kamaole Beach 1, votada como # 1 por Maui Revealed (edición de 2012)
La vista desde nuestro Lanai privado al atardecer es espectacular. Cuando amanezca, los pájaros de la isla te saludarán desde las palmeras que llegan al Lanai.

Kamaole Beach Royale está bellamente ajardinada y es un marco de hormigón, por lo tanto, un edificio muy tranquilo. Aproveche la hermosa piscina.
Kamaole Beach Royale tiene una zona de barbacoa en el séptimo piso. Un montón de mesas y sillas para ver el atardecer con familiares y amigos. El mejor lugar para conocer gente de todo el mundo 🌍.

Kamaole Beach Royale

We had a fantastic stay at Kamaole Beach Royale. The view from the 5th floor looking out towards the ocean is so lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed being able to hear the ocean waves lapping the shore. The sunsets are spectacular! The condo is very well stocked, we cook a lot of our meals so we appreciated the various items, like a salad spinner, wood cutting boards, spices & a good blender, ….things that are often missing from other condo rentals.Communication with the owner was excellent. We mentioned to the owner that a couple of items need replacing such as the provided beach chairs, but overall we were very happy here and would definitely return.Thankyou for a great holiday!

Second times the charm

This was our second time staying at this condo and we were just as happy with it the second time. The location and views can’t be beat. The 7th floor shared lanai offers some of the best sunset views and whale watching. Hoping to stay there again in the future.

Best location!

This was our first trip to Maui and this location did not disappoint. We were so impressed by the cleanliness of the property and its proximity to the beach. It was nice to have beach chairs, pool toys and an umbrellas to use. The condo had everything we needed and more. Would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arose. We had the best time!

Top notch!

First off, the pictures of the view don’t do it justice - the view from the lanai is incredible. We are ‘view’ people and this one was top notch. The condo unit and grounds were clean and well kept. The condo was stocked with pretty much everything we needed and the bed was comfy. The location of this condo is great - close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. We’ll be back!

PERFECT LOCATION

Condo had all the amenities to stay in and cook or walk to dining. GREAT OCEAN VIEW. EASY ONE MINUTE WALK TO THE BEACH. Quiet and relaxing property. Great cross flow breeze with the trade winds, or AC if you so choose. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS UNIT 509! Great people watching of KAMAOLE 1 beach park and adjacent Dolphin Plaza Center. LOVE THE ELECTRONIC RECLINERS!! Community/Barbeque area - 7th floor was great for happy hour/sunset viewing!!! PERFECT!!!!!! We would like to rent this same unit again!! Thank you Todd and Linda.

A Great Option in a Perfect Location

We enjoyed staying at this condo. The view was beautiful and the location was fantastic. It was very accessible to three different shopping centers directly to the south, plus even more about a mile north. There was a great "food truck court" on Alahele Place that had plenty of options (wings, Thai, Indian, burgers, sushi, etc.). We ended up sleeping on the pull-out in the living room to get the ocean breezes as we discovered on the first night that the in-unit air conditioner was insufficient to reach the back of the condo (and LOUD) and the ceiling fan couldn't make the room less hot/stagnant. The only drawback to sleeping with the windows open, through no fault of the Tim or Linda, was the Dolphin Plaza shopping center downstairs had someone using an electric leaf blower from 11 pm to 3 am for two of the six nights we stayed. It was so quiet that you could hear the ocean waves (which was lovely) but apparently the owners of Dolphin Plaza next door didn't care. I should have called the police to ask if this was violating a noise ordinance but was obviously half asleep and out of it, so I just ended up closing the slider and turning on the fan to drown out the noise as the path of least resistance. We particularly appreciated having the various linens and beach chairs. The other amenities were well appointed.

Perfect location for a Maui getaway

Loved everything about this condo. First off, it was remarkably clean. The kitchen was very well stocked. There was everything you would need for a day at the beach (including a drying rack for wet bathing suits!!). The location put us in the middle of everything we wanted to do. Would recommend Linda and Todd’s condo to anyone planning a vacation to Maui.

Wonderful stay in Maui

We had a wonderful stay at Todd and Linda’s in Kihei. Centrally located to shops and restaurants, and steps away from the beach. The condo was well stocked with all kitchen items, has an amazing view from the lanai, and was very clean. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family.

The location is perfect, about a minute walk to the most beautiful beach on Maui 🏝or if you prefer to sit on lani and listen to the birds🦜, the palm tree sway🌴or at the right time of year the whales 🐳playing, with a glass of your favorite beverage 🍷The snorkeling is great 🐳🐠 . We just want you to have a fun and enjoyable time on our favorite island .
