Universal family trip

This was perfect. The pool was warm and when the ac broke it was taken care of right away ! Great location we would stay here again !

Perfect choice for our year-end family holiday trip

The property was actually better put-together than we anticipated, as the furniture and style looked at first on the listing to be maybe a bit old. But, pleasantly, we walked into an updated modern house, ready made for our 5-night stay.Pros: private bathrooms, private hot tub, rec room, wifi, pool table, large dining table, full kitchen. We were very impressed with all the offerings.

Big comfortable and roomy home

The property is located in beautiful Paradise Palms which has a lot of great amenities at the clubhouse. The house itself has big comfortable rooms with each room having their own bathroom. We all fully enjoyed ourselves and never felt crowded. The pool and hot tub were perfect for outdoor entertainment. We can't wait to come again.

Fun in the sun!

There was two families that stay together at this home, great amount of space ! Pool at home was ideal size for 5 children, community was perfect for all. Location of property was central to all activities we had planned. The street behind home was a little loud but nothing that would hinder us coming back again!

The property was beautiful my family loved it 🥰

Just ran into a small pool problem it never really got warm but the jacuzzi was on point they refunded my 220 and we enjoyed our stay it has a nice pool table. My Family Loves this place and we will be back soon. The high ceiling and everything was beautiful and speaking of the beds we slept so good they were so comfortable. This Property is Everything 🥰

Nice property

This was a beautiful property and well maintained. Though the description did accurately say there were no supplies in the home, we were surprise there was not even salt or pepper. It does seem a waste to purchase some non-parishable items (ex. coffee filters) that next guests would appreciate not having to buy instead of throwing them away. Please consider it.

The carpet was absolutely disgusting. So dirty and gross. The kitchen didn’t have some basic things - no hand mixer or even a whisk. Had to use the blender for scrambled eggs. Found dirty coffee mug in cabinet. We’ve stayed at a lot of rentals in central Florida and although floor plan was nice - this had the worst condition carpet of any we have stayed in.

Nice House That Needs Some Cleaning & Updates

The house was large and accommodated our group well. Upon first look, things seemed really great. The longer we stayed, the more issues we saw arise. The kitchen sink was not caulked properly and moved whenever you used it, the carpets upstairs were disgusting, and the towel bars fell off the wall when you touched them, let alone hug a towel on them. Some of the bathrooms didn't even have towel bars. Everything felt worn down and cheap. Not to mention, it was EXTREMELY hot in the house, and we were not able to adjust the thermostat. I'm pretty sure it was broken, which is why we weren't able to adjust it. For what we paid, I would say it was just okay. A nice house with amenities, but there were definitely some things that needed improving.

Beautiful Resort

I will definitely be coming back. My family enjoy every min of our stay. The kids was not ready to leave. Next time I will book for 7 days instead of 3.
