Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour. Les hôtes sont très sympathiques et ont répondu rapidement à nos questions. L’espace intérieur est spacieux et convivial, et les différents espaces extérieurs permettent de profiter pleinement de la belle nature environnante. Nous y retournerons!

The house is extremely clean and well kept with a spacious yard, three bedrooms, lots of room to relax, and a very good kitchen. We were very pleased. Celine and Andrei are excellent hosts. The island is delightful with many farm stands and artisans. A chocolate shop on the island is a must-visit as well as any of the fresh bakeries for croissants. Enjoy taking the long way around to enjoy the views. Just across the bridge and only 15 minutes or so are the Montmorency Falls and then Old Town Quebec a little further on. There is a school playground right next door, so expect playground sounds between 8am and 5pm. Not overly disturbing unless you’re hoping for an afternoon nap after a day of touring the lovely island or Quebec.

This property is wonderful - the location is perfect, right on the water in the village of St. Laurent. There's a grocery store within walking distance. The house is the most well-equipped we have ever stayed in and everything works. Any equipment that needs instructions, has them - water dispenser, fireplace... There is a suite upstairs - I almost regretted not having our children with us because it would have been so lovely to have a place to get away from them. The upstairs suite even has its own terrace with comfortable seating for watching the river. There are picnic tables, chairs, benches and even a swing outside. It rained one day and it was just as cozy and comfortable inside. It's very attractively furnished - no clutter, the beds are very comfortable. I can't think of one negative thing about it. We had a little problem opening the key box - completely due to our ineptitude - and Cecile and Andrei were very responsive and helpful. They gave us great lists of restaurants and things to do. The cherry on the cake - welcoming homemade cake, raspberries and chocolate.

C’est un endroit magnifique, calme et paisible. On a eu l’occasion de visiter l’Île d’Orléans, de passer une journée à Québec et de relaxer en admirant le fleuve à nos pieds. On avait des hôtes sympathiques et attentionnés qui nous ont fait d’excellentes suggestions pour agrémenter notre séjour.

L’endroit est à l’image des photos et la description est exact, magnifique vue! La cuisine est très bien équipée. Les hôtes sont présents et disponibles. La chambre à l’étage est malheureusement bruyante par son orientation par rapport à la rue. Cependant ça nous a permis de voir de magnifiques levés du soleil sans réveil matin.

Ideal Place for a Family Vacation!

Our family of 6 (kids ages 12, 9, 3, and 3) had the absolute best time staying here. Céline and Andreï couldn't have been more welcoming or hospitable, and the house was prepared exactly to our needs, even more than we would have hoped for. They truly went above and beyond! Everything was true to the listing, and with the house's perfect location on the island, all its features (porches, fire pit, riverfront exploring, toys and games, cozy rooms, well appointed kitchen and bathrooms), and our kind and accessible hosts, we couldn't have imagined a better stay for our first big vacation as a family of 6. Hoping to return someday before too long!

We had a wonderful time at the rental home of Celine and Andre! We were a group of 6 adults visiting the region for vacation. We were welcomed with delicious banana bread and chocolate. The home was clean and well appointed. The neighborhood quiet with a small grocery store within a short walking distance. The view was beautiful from inside and outside the home. Our hosts checked in on us throughout the stay and answered questions promptly. We would highly recommend!

Wonderful Experience

What a beautiful location and terrific experience! My husband and I took his parents (in their late eighties) on a 10-day trip to Quebec, and our stay in this home was a highlight. My husband was able to prepare delicious gourmet family meals in the FULLY stocked kitchen every night, which is something he loves to do. The location was really convenient to the waterfalls and cathedrals we visited, and the view from the great room was peaceful and relaxing. Celine and Andrei were very friendly and supportive hosts, and provided lots of recommendations for local activities. We really could not have had a better experience and we hope to return again!

Amazing Guest House

The guest house was extremely clean and tidy. The furnishings were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Céline and André, the property managers, lived just next door and were attentive to any questions or requests. Although our weather was not conducive to outside activities, the outside area look to be perfect for warmer weather. The guest house is in an excellent location, right on the banks of the St. Laurence River. It’s situated on quiet beautiful L’ile d’Orleans island and only a short 20 min. drive to Quebec City.

Wonderful experience!

The house was just right for a long weekend with old friends and I can imagine it would suit a small family group, too. It is very clean, the location is peaceful and yet convenient to the sights of Old Quebec or the coast toward Beaupré, and you’ll find whatever you need in the many storage spaces around the house. The hosts, who live next door, were the perfect mix of engaging - left us alone for our own vacation, but ready with recommendations if we asked. I would definitely stay here again!

A Perfect Place

This property is amazing .. right on the water, clean, so comfortable .... We will be raving about it for days! The hosts are so responsive and even left homemade raspberry muffins for us... We hope to return one day soon.

BEST VRBO we’ve ever visited!

The house is ADORABLE! We enjoyed three cozy beds, a huge backyard on the water, and a convenient location for exploring the island. We were greeted by the lovely hosts Celine & Andrei and their handsome dog Marius, and DELICIOUS homemade raspberry muffins awaited us in the eat-in kitchen. We only wish we could have stayed longer.
