House with 4 suites, two rooms, + 2 bathrooms, facing the canal and 100 m from the beach and 800 m from a waterfall. The house has own dock and boat for 12 people for rent. The property is in the condominium Porto Galo possessing an excellent service of 24 hour security with cameras installed. In the house has refrigerator, ice machine, water cooler, full kitchen, washing machine, air-rooms and in the two rooms. There are two bedrooms with double bed and one of them with a single bed, the other bedrooms have 4 beds each. The kitchen is connected to the dining room and has another TV room with a guest toilet. The house is 20 m from the Pier (own and exclusive). In addition, the entire infrastructure of the hotel Portogalo is available to the condominiums (swimming pool, sauna, sports and tennis courts, helipad, restaurant and entertainment)
