Our beautiful 2150 sq. ft. Salinas Malecon Ocean front unit offers a great price and is extremely competitive with all condo and apartment units on the Salinas Malecon. Not only do we have the most awesome ocean views from the 7th floor in the middle of the Salinas Malecon, we also have all the conveniences of home. We provide a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, gas cook top and stove, microwave, counter top toaster oven, toaster, juicer, blender, formal dining cutlery and glassware for eight, a large bright living area with Internet TV and high-speed internet throughout the unit plus a laundry area with new washer and dryer. All our furnishings are quality and chosen to complement our overall unit design. We also have one of the largest ocean front terraces complete with comfortable seating that is perfect for a morning cup of coffee or tea, morning breakfast or drinks before and/or with dinner. We also feature remote controlled ac units in each room that are super quiet and efficient. The large beautifully decorated front bedroom has an awesome ocean view with black out roll-up shades, a queen bed and spacious en-suite bath. The "Ocean Suite" decor 2nd bedroom comes with a queen bed with black out roll-up shades and attached bath and is designed for those who like maximum quietness and less light. The 3rd bedroom has a rear view with a queen bed, black out roll-up shades and use of the hall bath. From our beautiful scenic central Salinas Malecon location, you can conveniently take early morning walks, run on the beach or take breezy evening strolls on the Malecon. Also, you can easily access all of the many water sports, power boat cruises, sailing or fishing for which the Salinas Malecon is very famous for. We spent 11 wonderful nights in this Salinas apartment, and it was the perfect way to shorten the Canadian winter for us!The location is unbeatable—right on the front line and just steps away from the beach. One of our favorite things was falling asleep and waking up to the soothing sounds of the waves right outside. The apartment itself is beautiful, featuring a very interesting and unique design that gives the space a lot of character. It is also exceptionally well-equipped, making it feel like a true home away from home.The views are absolutely stunning; we spent so much time just taking in the scenery.Our host was incredibly hospitable and gave us so many helpful tips and local advice on life in Salinas, which made our stay much more authentic. We also want to give a special thanks to the new property manager, Pablo. He is highly organized and was very helpful with everything we needed.We highly recommend this place to anyone looking to escape the cold and enjoy a piece of paradise. We would love to stay here again!

If you are looking for a perfect location on the Malecon at Salinas and want to stay at a roomy location with character, look no further. From initial conversations until the final check out, our experience with the property manager was outstanding! The only downside was the sound of the clubs nearby on Friday and Saturday nights. The kitchen was huge! The bathroom were updated. We loved the ability to spread out in the property! Loved the front door access to Malecon and the beach! This place is awesome!!

A Great Place

This is a wonderful place. The view is fantastic. It's very interesting to watch all the action on the Malecon and beach. The sliding glass doors on the beach side open up to almost 30 feet wide opening. The unit is very well furnished and every bit as large as in the pictures. We've stayed there for a month, two years in a row.

Salinas Condo

Large condo just across from the Salinas Beach & Boardwalk. The condo was adequate for up to 6 people, kitchen well stocked and location convenient to several restaurants and souvenir shops. The town is a little funky but typical of 3rd world countries. Even though we were there during the winter "slow" season the noise level was very high until early morning hours, especially on Friday & Saturday nights. Linda & Suzi, the property managers, were excellent and treated us like family -making sure we had everything we needed.

Beautiful view with all the amenities

My husband and I have just spent a month in the property and thoroughly enjoyed it. The uniqueness of its artwork was refreshing. Having the front veranda completely open to an amazing view with the ocean winds blowing right through the whole condo was so nice. Everything we need for meal prep was there in the kitchen. Now Suzi and Linda who welcome you and give you the lay of the land are super friendly and available for any questions. They helped get our feet on the ground with many suggestions on what to see and do. Thank you Ladies. I would recommend this spot if you like being in the action and love a spectacular view.

Interesting that you were invited to lunch by Suzi and declined when she got there to pick you up because you though my property manager was joking? My property managers Suzi and Linda make it a point to insure that all guests are enjoying themselves but your only complaint was the elevator which is fixed now.

Broken Washing Machine/Air Conditioner

Large Property. Not particularly clean. Many things didn't work in the property including the washing machine and air conditioner. Ended up washing clothes in the sink. They fixed one of the air conditioners and insisted the others were working but they weren't. Beautiful town. Beautiful view. The onsite maintenance person was out of town - perhaps this was the problem.

First time in Ecuador

My husband and I are in our late 60's and this was our first visit to Ecuador. It was a wonderful experience. We love the beach and this was a perfect place for that - literally across the street! The view from our unit was jaw-droppingly gorgeous - we had to pinch ourselves every day. We didnt have a car but didn't need one - there is a big supermarket about 5 short blocks away. When we needed to go further, it was easy to get a cab right outside the unit. The area does get noisy and a little crowded on weekends but not terrible. I wouldn't recommend being there during Carnival, however, because that is insanity for 4 days straight at all hours. If we had realized that, we would have used the time to visit another part of Ecuador. The unit is older and could use some updating but the rental manager was attentive and was prompt in responding when we needed something. The kitchen was completely outfitted and we ate in days. He also arranged for an English speaking driver to pick us up from Quayaguil and bring us to Salinas! The driver was great, reliable and his rates were reasonable - he even gave us a little tour of Salinas, took us to his favorite beach an hour away and to the mall to translate for us (no habla Espagnol) when I needed to get a SIM card. We hated to leave!

Beautiful apartment and view!

We enjoyed our 2 week stay in this wonderful apartment located on the malecon. The apartment itself was beautiful, comfortable and safe (friendly and helpful security guards). Suzy and Linda were just some of the kindest people we've come across and we are so proud of everything they're currently doing for the Ecuadorian community. We look forward to coming back soon!

Outstanding View!!

The Spanish culture is famous for loud music and partying. Friday and Saturday nights in Salinas is no different. Large numbers of people come from Guayaquil and occupy the beach in their party mode until around 2am both nights on the weekend. Knowing this in advance would have helped us prepare. The condo is exactly as advertised. Very well equipped except the air conditioners need new remote controls but they evidently are hard to come by anywhere in the country. The building's location is excellent for wandering the malecon, access to the beach, and a multitude of fine eating establishments. Try the Lov N Oven for terrific meals. Eat at The Jazz for breakfast. You won't be disappointed with either. There are lots of bank machines too. The ocean water for swimming is LOVELY!!

Beautiful

The condo is located in a area where you can walk to everything. It has amazing views of the ocean and is very well maintained. The kitchen has everything you need to cook large or small meals. Suzy and Linda were the best! A huge source of information about Salinas and surrounding area. We loved the condo and had the best vacation ever. Would stay there again.

My stay in the property of Mr. Dawes, was a great expirience for me and my family. We had the opportunity to enjoy the condo with all the comfort that this property offer. Linda and Su, were very attentive to make sure that everything was running smoothly during the time of our stay. The condo is located a few feet of the beach, the decoration is very unique and artistic as well the panoramic view of the ocean and beach that this property offer make the stay worthly. The condo is very clean and nicely decorated.

We were at the condo for two weeks and had a wonderful time. Just across the street to the clean beach area. Rented a canopy every day to relax out of the sun. The ladies who help the owner out by taking care of the condo and guest are delightful. Enjoyed getting to know them. Wonderful view of the ocean and boats. Everything you need is included in the condo. Would enjoy another stay there.

This property has they best view of the Salinas Malecon and the serene view and sounds of the waves rolling up on the beach. Just watch and take pictures of the sunset at night and wake up to watch and take pictures of the sun coming up in the morning and you will understand clearly why I bought this place. It is soooo soothing, comfortable and picturesque! Enjoy!!!
