La suite Park est une destination romantique idéale, idéale pour une lune de miel ou un week-end d'anniversaire romantique. Décoré avec goût avec des tapis persans, des œuvres d'art originales et des antiquités. Unité de chauffage et d'air de fenêtre. Le lit queen size dispose d'un matelas ultra confortable avec des draps de luxe. Le salon comprend un canapé confortable, une cheminée, une télévision à écran plat 40 pouces, un lecteur DVD et un joli coin salon.

La cuisine design a des appareils en acier inoxydable, micro-ondes et comptoirs en granit La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec de la vaisselle de marque, des ustensiles de cuisine, des verres à vin et des flûtes à champagne. Café, crème et eau en bouteille fournis gratuitement.

Situé dans l'une des maisons les plus prestigieuses du quartier historique, directement sur le parc Forsyth.


Construit en 1870 pour le trésorier de la ville, John Williamson, la maison est située directement dans le parc Forsyth, à côté du Magnolia Hall Inn appartenant au Collège d'art et de design de Savannah et à seulement quelques pas de la célèbre fontaine du parc Forsyth. De nombreux magasins, restaurants et destinations culturelles sont accessibles à pied. C'est l'endroit idéal pour votre visite à Savannah.

Ms. Deborah was so kind as we had to extend our stay twice because of the epic snowstorm in the Midwest! The house is beautiful and the location is perfect! I would gladly stay here again!

Can't beat the location. The unit was nice, clean and had everything we needed. We cooked dinner one night and ordered pizza the next. The bed was comfy and plenty of coffee. We will try to visit again if available. Definitely a favorite for us.

This place was absolutely perfect for the two of us and our pup! Directly across from Forsyth Park and close to all sights we were looking to see. The bed is very comfortable. If/when we return, I would definitely stay here again. Communication from the host was efficient. Highly recommend!

All of the reviews that were listed are correct. The place and location are exceptional. We do have a concern however. When we entered the downstairs apartment it was very musty smelling. Even after running the through-the-wall dehumidifier it still had a musty smell. Both tables were broken as well as one of the chairs. We addressed this to the owner and they assured us that this will be repaired. Our recommendation would be to check with the owner first before renting this apartment.

Communication with the host great!The little apartment we stayed in was right on Whitaker Street so we did have a bit a street noise. The mattress was not great. We both seemed to roll to the middle of the mattress. The electric fireplace had no where to plug it in. We had to pick up and move the fireplace to an outlet to plug it in. Otherwise, it was a nice stay. Very close to Forsyth Park. We loved that we could walk everywhere.

Loved our stay in Savannah! The house was beautiful and the small suite was perfect for my husband and me and Lilly (dog) It’s across the street from the beautiful park where we had our coffee and let Lilly play around. We rode our bikes a lot but it’s also an easy walk to the river street area. Plus you can always catch a bus. Comfy bed with lovely sheets and pillows. The area is just gorgeous!

This cozy gem sits right across from Forsyth Park. The bed was comfortable and for being on a main street road noise was minimal. The bathroom is small but serves its purpose. All you need. Walkable to coffee, groceries, and attractions. Would stay again.

Excellent location. A cute little place right off of the park. Super cozy and in walking distance to some great Savannah stops. Suite was very clean and had all the essentials. Will definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay in Savannah. The unit was cozy and in a great location. We were very lucky to see snow which made the trip very special! We liked the apartment, and the bed was comfortable (which is very important to me!).We had one hiccup and that was the toilet didn't work the first morning we were there. The property manager was very quick to respond, but the owner was not. He did not keep us updated. The owner said that he was coming to look at the problem but no one came to the door. We had a very protective dog with us and couldn't let anyone in the unit unless we were there so we waited and waited and waited to hear if they were going to have to enter the unit or not. The property manager couldn't get ahold of the owner. We had to leave in the car to use the restroom at this time because we didn't have a working toilet! Well, we went around back and looked over the fence when we couldn't waste any more time our only full day in Savannah, around noon, and saw him working on the problem. We asked if he needed to get in the unit and said no. Unfortunately, we wasted the entire morning when a simple question could have been answered with some simple communication.

JIm & Yvonne bought this house in July of 2019 and wanted to continue on with the Vacation rentals that the previous owner had in place. They also decided to keep the previous proprety manager on as she has managed the property for 6 years with a proven track record of quickly responding to any guest issues. They are totally in love with this house and live in the upper part with their 3 children. They are dedicated to making your stay at the Whitaker Mansion a total success.

Property is located in a residential neighborhood and offers a real feel for the southern charm of Savannah. It is more like a home away from home than a hotel would feel.
