Gordon Lane Carriage House

New construction "carriage house" on East Gordon Lane. This is a one bedroom, one bathroom apartment above the detached garage. The yard area is shared with the main house. There is no shared interior space. Guests will have a private bathroom & full kitchen. There is a TV in the bedroom as well as a TV in the living room. Guests may use one garage spot underneath the apartment. There is a EV charger in the garage for guest use along with a washer and dryer (please bring your own detergent).

If you have a boat or a trailer you may pay $25 per day extra to park it in the yard next to the carriage house.

This spot is about half a mile walking distance to Forsyth Park and River Street. It is close to the downtown grocery store (Kroger) as well as many shops and cafes.

Excellent location, quiet and safe and made it easy to get around the downtown and surrounding area. It was a really great place to spend the week. The apartment was is excellent shape, clean, and comfortable. The dedicated parking was a great perk! Would (and will) stay there again on our next trip!

Having a garage parking spot was wonderful. The kitchen was everything anyone could want, well equipped. The apartment was spotless and exactly what I needed for my stay.

The house is off of an alleyway so it can be a little confusing to get to but that’s the only “con” for this rental! It was close enough to downtown that we could be there in a 5 min drive but far enough away that you don’t hear noise or music from the bars. The property was super clean and had everything we needed! We’ll definitely rebook the next time we end up in Sav!

Great for a weekend getaway!

Wonderful location for a quick couple weekend getaway. Easy to walk everywhere we wanted to go but off the beaten path enough that it was relaxing when we were there. Comfortable bed and clean and well stocked rental. Definitely coming back!

Amazing location

We loved the location and were able to walk everywhere we wanted to visit. The place is very nice and clean. Bed was super comfortable. Neighborhood was safe and quiet. Incredibly lovely place!

Wonderful stay, very clean and cozy. Some problems operating the temperature thermostat and living room TV. I could not keep the temperature constant. TV stopped in the middle of a movie. Better instructions would help

Great stay!

Really enjoyed our weekend stay here. In a nice quiet residential area but close enough that many things were a 15/20 minute walk which we planned on. Clean space, nice amenities, large kitchen area. Highly recommend.

Great Location in Savannah!

Sweet apartment in the historic section of Savannah. Walking distance to Forsyth Park, Scad and many more destinations. You have privacy in a comfortable apartment. We loved our stay!

Excellent place for two.

Modern, one bedroom, clean vbro in one of the prettiest sections of Savannah. Withinn 20-30 minutes walking distance of nearly everything in historic Savannah. Parking place is definitely a bonus. Highly recommended.

perfect location

The accommodations were very nice. Extremely clean. The location was perfect for walking towards the river and managing to see all the parks. We were able to experience the Victorian architecture as well.

Really enjoyed my stay here … it was clean, fresh and had good vibes. Had a little problem with the lock on the gate at times. Other than that would definitely stay again !

St. Patrick's Day, Spring Break

This location was nice for the parade as we were able to park inside a garage. Loved the view from the windows and front porch. We had a wonderful time working on the puzzle and played cards with our son. Thank you for providing them! Bed was comfortable.storage for our things

Very Nice and New

This was perfect for our weekend get-away. Place looked brand new, clean and nicely done. You have your own apartment above the garage (which was nice to park in). Not too far from most activities by vehicle or extended walk. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thanks!

Nice Location. Clean comfortable home.

It was direct easy route in. Take note of directions when they send them. You go down an alley road to get to the carriage home. It was perfect walking to Forsythia Park and The River. Great being able to park your vehicle in garage and walk . The home was clean, comfortable, perfect for two.

Nice and cozy

Property was walkable to the park and river walk, very clean and quiet neighborhood. There was a blow dryer listed but not there, I did reach out to Mary and she had me buy one and refunded us promptly. Would definitely recommend

Peace & Quiet in Savannah

Place was spotless. The kitchen had everything we needed (even coffee). Everything worked. Having a garage to park in was a real perk. The area is perfect for exploring Savannah...great restaurants a few minutes drive away. Quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay there again. Only 1 small bobble...when we arrived we couldn't find the keypad to get into the garage. I called the agency but it was past 5:00...not to worry, they called back in a minute or 2, but by that time we had figured it out. The keypad is mounted REALLY high & I am 5'1"...I just didn't look up:))

Clean and convenient

Disappointing that there were minimal towels. My wife and I came to town for a wedding and stayed Friday through Sunday. This may sound petty but think about it. There for 3 days and there were only two (2) bath towels. Hot and humid weekend and we had only 2 towels for an entire weekend. The place was clean and nice but the towel issue was made it less than great.
