Gordon Lane Carriage House

New construction "carriage house" on East Gordon Lane. This is a one bedroom, one bathroom apartment above the detached garage. The yard area is shared with the main house. There is no shared interior space. Guests will have a private bathroom & full kitchen. There is a TV in the bedroom as well as a TV in the living room. Guests may use one garage spot underneath the apartment. There is a EV charger in the garage for guest use along with a washer and dryer (please bring your own detergent).

If you have a boat or a trailer you may pay $25 per day extra to park it in the yard next to the carriage house.

This spot is about half a mile walking distance to Forsyth Park and River Street. It is close to the downtown grocery store (Kroger) as well as many shops and cafes.

Apartment was perfect for our one night stay! Great location, had everything you needed and huge bonus was it included parking. Hosts were super responsive and even helped out when I had left something behind. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Great location for visiting Savannah by foot We parked in the garage and left the car there until we left . It's about 10-15 minutes (walking) to much of the historic district and about 20 to the waterfront. Cottage was well kept and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again

Excellent location, quiet and safe and made it easy to get around the downtown and surrounding area. It was a really great place to spend the week. The apartment was perfect for us. I liked that it was close enough for us to walk everywhere we wanted to go, but far enough away from the crowds and noise. I would highly recommend staying here.

Great for a weekend getaway!

Wonderful location for a quick couple weekend getaway. Easy to walk everywhere we wanted to go but off the beaten path enough that it was relaxing when we were there. Comfortable bed and clean and well stocked rental. Definitely coming back!

Really enjoyed our weekend stay here. In a nice quiet residential area but close enough that many things were a 15/20 minute walk which we planned on. Clean space, nice amenities, large kitchen area. Highly recommend.
