Hydrangeas and roses adorn this charming Brant Point cottage. Aptly named the "Nantucket Basket" this adorable home has three bedrooms and two full baths. Incredible views from the Roof Walk. The location offers easy access to multiple beaches within walking distance, Hulbert Avenue Beach, which is 200 yards away and Jetties and Children's beach which is 1/4 mile away. Many restaurants within easy walking distance, ferries and Town Center within a short 10 minute walk.

We've been coming to Nantucket for 12 years and finally got around to purchasing a cottage on the Island.
Why they chose this property
We chose buying on Brant Point because of the best access on the Island, both to town and the very short walk to multiple beaches.
What makes this property unique
The location of this cottage allows guests the ability to get to multiple points of interest on the Island without the need for a car, it's a short walk to both ferries, beaches, restaurants, shopping in town, etc.
