Our quiet, comfortable house is within an easy walk to restaurants, shops, in-town attractions, and steps away from the Loines Observatory. Our house is on the bike path - a short cycle to beaches, Bartlett's Farm, Cisco Brewery, and other points of interest. Our house features wonderful, bright open living space, indoor and outdoor dining for 8, a fully-equipped kitchen, central heating/AC, and comfortable furnishings throughout. The very private patio is gated, creating a safe space for little wanderers.

Our group of 5–two adults and three teens—thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Milk Money. Great location to get to town, beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was extremely well equipped for a rental house.

This is a lovely house. The beds were comfortable, sitting room was nice and kitchen was attractive and well-appointed. We enjoyed that we could walk into town and be at restaurants and shops within 15 minutes, on foot. We rented bikes and loved that the bike path was right across the street. Our only suggestion is that the hosts get a more user-friendly coffee pot, as we struggled to figure out how to use it.

The house is lovely and charming and had plenty of space for our family (2 sets of parents, 2 infants, and 2 grandmas)! Lots of beach supplies provided and one pack and play. Easy rentals from local company for other baby gear. Host was communicative and helpful with flexibility around our check in/out schedule to accommodate our flights.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at the stunning “Milk Money”! The owner could not have been more accommodating or helpful. 10/10! He really went the extra mile to make our stay special and was delightful to deal with. The property itself is immaculate and in a GREAT location, close to everything. Can’t wait to go back!!! Would definitely stay again!!

Getaway

Beautiful home in a convenient location just outside of Main Street. We were able to walk from the ferry to the house with suitcases in tow. The beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked. Would definitely stay there again.

Great stay for thanksgiving!

We had a lovely stay at this property for three nights over the long thanksgiving weekend. Great location with a very easy walk to town. House is beautiful with everything you need. Plenty of space for everyone and the common area on the second floor is fantastic. We especially appreciated the quick communication from our hosts. Will definitely be back!

Nantucket Wedding Week

We stayed "Milk Money' for almost a week while attending a family wedding. The home was super comfortable and the upside-down layout (bedrooms on first floor, living area on second floor) worked perfectly for our extended family. Place had all the amenities and cookware we needed for all of our meals. Walking to town was easy, and Cisco Beach not far. Barlett Farm also very near. Area is great for biking. The driveway is a little steep and entrance to Milk Street just needs to be naviagated carefully using the mirror. Would highly recommend Marc's home!

PERFECTION!

Our milestone birthday(s) vacation was absolutely perfect in this home! It was so inviting, beautiful and comfortable! We loved the layout of the house and the location was superb to all activities and bike paths. The owners were above and beyond wonderful to work with, and their attentiveness and follow up was five star level! Nantucket is a magical island that I highly recommend- and if you are lucky enough to schedule a getaway at this home, count your lucky stars! A true delight!

Nantucket Family Getaway

We had a wonderful time on our trip to Nantucket and Mark and Deb were a big part of it. The house was perfect! The living area was a wonderful space for our family to gather at the beginning and end of our day. We had a toddler with us and Mark made sure to have a portable crib for us! They let us arrive a little earlier and also were kind enough to let us store our bags our last day. Cannot say enough about our experience. I would highly recommend this house for your trip to Nantucket. It was also very easy to walk downtown or to Cisco Brewery on the bike and hike trail. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Daffy Days on Nantucket

For years now the women in my family have gathered annually ion Nantucket for the Daffodil Festival. This year since our numbers have grown to 6, we decided to get a house instead of staying at a B & B. We were so happy with your property. The house was beautiful and decorated with such comfortable furniture and beds. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and more. We had a great time!

Beautiful Classic Nantucket House!

We had such an amazing time at Mark & Debbie’s beautiful property. The house was charming, well stocked, and very cosy. The street out front was quiet, but the walk in to town center was maybe 10 minutes, so it was really the perfect location. Communication with Mark was swift and he was easy to get ahold of when we had questions. My group really appreciated their flexibility with check in/out times after we had some chaotic flight changes. I can’t recommend this house enough and I hope we can return one day!

We purchased our dream vacation home on Nantucket in 2021, after visiting the island annually with our children. We are happy to share our house when our family is back on the mainland. When we are away, our house is well-looked after by our year-round caretaker.

We were immediately attracted to this house for many reasons: bright open family areas; a great kitchen; comfortable bedrooms; lush setting; private backyard in a very quiet area; easy 10 minute walk to the center of town; situated on a bike path to beaches; and of course, the great joy of being on Nantucket.
