Fully refurnished with all new appliances, beddings, and couches. We spared no expense at renovating this home. Less than 40 yards to the Lexington Heights sandy beach. Local boat ramp for small boats or wave runners. Large outside deck with excellent view of Lake Huron. Located 1.5 hours north of DTW airport or 20 miles north of Port Huron. This home is 1,000 square feet. It is ideal for a small family with 2-3 kids, or couples. 5 people is the max.
