Nice Stay

We have attended Palm Bay Club for many years, we really enjoy the property and amentites. This was the first time staying at a condo not managed by their staff which had pros and cons. Pros: The home was well equipped with beach towels, beach toys, boogie boards, fishing rods, umbrella and chairs. We had all we needed. Cons: the location is right on Main road, which was loud and noisy. The main gate and side gate is right there, so lots of banging and foot traffic front porch listed is a common area.

Great week

Love Siesta Key and Palm Bay club. The listing pictures made us feel we were right next to the pool however it was in the middle of everything and worked out just fine. Beach attendants for the chairs were nice and quick and it was overall a great week. Nice to have beach towels available and beach equipment if necessary.

Overall, pleasant stay

**Title: Great Location with a Few Minor Issues** **Review:** We recently stayed at this corner unit and had a pleasant experience overall. The unit has been newly renovated and is within walking distance to a beautiful private beach. It was great to have sand/beach items available for use, which made our beach trips even more enjoyable. The location is fantastic, with several restaurants nearby, both within walking and short driving distance. However, there were a few drawbacks. As a downstairs unit, we could hear the tenants upstairs walking, which was a bit disruptive at times. Additionally, the shower heads had not been cleaned, and one of the beds in the second room had sand in the sheets, suggesting they had not been changed prior to our arrival. With in-unit washer and dryer, we were able to remedy the sheet situation. Despite these minor issues, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the convenience and amenities provided. With a bit more attention to cleanliness, this unit would be an excellent choice for a beach getaway.

My family and I were at the Palm Bay club for 6 days and one advantage of this location is the proximity to the private beach however we have a very noisy people in the apartment above and the last two nights we couldn’t rest at night. Also since Saturday morning I started to receive emails asking the leaving time on Sunday. We leased before with this company and our experience was stellar but now I am considering to look for a different option. Lore

Nice Condo but...

Unfortunately I had to submit 10 problems to management. Some quite annoying. This condo is large & great location. This just needs to be maintained better. The grounds are beautiful. The pools are great! With a little tlc I'd give it a higher rating.

Beautiful condo for a family vacation

The condo was absolutely beautiful. Very spacious and clean. It had everything you needed. Big living tv, huge table for eating and playing games in the evening. The condo was located just a short walk from the beach and pools. Our family had an amazing time and would come back.

Bucket List Trip

This was a must do trip for me and it was everything I imagined and more! The location was fantastic with the Bay on one side and beach on the other, the condo was spotless and more than enough room for our big group. Take the trip, Stay at Palm Bay!

Just an FYI

Check in emails were very confusing as to which of the two locations required what code or process. House smells very musty. Caused allergic rhinitis to several guests. Accent rugs are a trip hazard. My pregnant guest almost fell because the area rugs slide and have no gripper backing. Internet box batteries are low and start beeping every 24 hours at night . First night drove us crazy until we figured out where it was coming from. If you have guests they must park way down the street at a community parking lot. Other than these issues it was an okay stay. This location just needs some more attention to details and it’s needs.

Palm Bay Club

Beautiful unit with a great location. nicely renovated and well furnished. comfortable and clean. responsive and easy communication with management. Two pools, pickle ball, tennis and amazing beach with plenty of beach toys, cart, coolers, and cart. enjoyed the small size and easy pace of Sunset Key. Our family looks forward to the next visit already. Thanks for relaxing stay.

Fantastic Experience

Resort employees are friendly and helpful. Pools/hot tub well kept and clean. Units are updated and spacious (we had an end unit). Property is very secure. Great perk to have access to bay and gulf. Of course the beach is second to none with private access and plenty of loungers.

Best spot in Palm Bay Club

Place was amazing and the owners thought of everything. Place is clean and has updated decor. Table was very family friendly and a great place for a game of cards or a homemade dinner. Came with a beach cart, extra beach towels, extra mini fridge for drinks, and even a cooler. Can't wait to stay there again next year!

This property was in a good location. The pools were clean and pretty. The condo itself was dirty and smelt musty. The master bed was so uncomfortable. The dryer took forever to dry clothes.

Great location and property

The property and location was perfect. Just as advertised. The private beach was an easy walk across the street and it was great having access to a fitness center, tennis courts, and 2 pools. All grounds were well maintained and secure with codes needed to access. We had one very minor maintenance item with the screen door which was addressed immediately. Management company very easy to communicate with and regularly checked in to see how our stay was. One thing to be aware of - this is an end unit on the first floor and near the main road and the pedestrian gate to get into the complex. If you are sensitive to noise just know you may hear the road traffic and security gate that slams as people come and go.

It was a very enjoyable five-night vacation by the ocean. My husband and I were very comfortable in this updated and meticulously clean property. We would certainly stay here again.

Wonderful trip

Absolutely wonderful and spacious accommodation. Not clear in arrival documentation that the office for check in is across a main road. When found and sorted the parking ticket the office seemed to have no responsibility for this accommodation. However once established that contact was needed to be direct with the owner it could not have been better. In summery ,when we did contact the owner our stay could not have been better. I would whole heartedly recommend thi place.
