Our condo is located in Sunset Royale Condominiums at 711 Beach Road, Siesta Key, Florida 34242.

Welcome to our charming 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo, a contemporary oasis just steps away from the renowned Siesta Key Public Beach. This stylish vacation retreat is perfect for couples or small families seeking a tranquil and convenient escape.

With a comfortable king bed in the main bedroom, and additional sleeping spaces (a twin bunk bed, and a queen sized sleeper sofa) in the living room, this condo can comfortably sleep up to 6 people.

Our fully equipped kitchen boasts sleek countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the amenities you need to whip up a delicious meal. Enjoy your culinary creations at the dining area, or take advantage of the warm Siesta Key weather and pack a picnic to enjoy on the beach!

While our property doesn't have a pool or a hot tub, we are thrilled to highlight its prime location mere steps from the beach. The stunning beach with it's warm ocean waters just a stone's throw away offers a serene and captivating setting, creating a unique experience where you can unwind, relax, and embrace the natural beauty surrounding you. Great location!

The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. The location was wonderful, right across the street from the beautiful beach. It was close to the Village shops and restaurants.

It was very clean and welcoming! The bed was comfortable! The ac felt so good after being on the hot beach all day! The view out the windows was beautiful! Close to many restaurants and attractions! Gated in private parking was nice too! Laundry on site was convenient! There was also an outdoor store/closet we had access to for beach chairs and a sun tent/unbrella. Highly recommend !!

Excellent! Wonderful location!

The condo was perfect for my husband and I! The location was amazing, with the beach being just across the street! Lots of close restaurants and shops to choose from! The view from the condo was stunning! There was also a car port for us to park under and a beach closet with a wagon, chairs, and umbrellas to use. Laundry is on site as well. The owner was very kind and informative. We can't wait to visit again!

Excellent Location!

The location of the condo was perfect! It was so handy to just walk across the street to the beach. We used the trolley multiple times during the day so that we did not need to rent a car. The trolley stop is right at the corner of the property. The bed was super comfortable and the beach closet had everything we needed for a day on the beach! A few small suggestions that might be convenient for future guests: Consider supplying a one or two day supply of coffee or tea. Kleenex would’ve been nice. Additional body wash, shampoo and conditioner would be great, especially for weeklong stays. We had a fabulous vacation!!
