I bought this land with a humble stone stable and transformed it into my dream home, naming it after my daughter Ana. With my own two hands, I meticulously crafted every corner, personally selecting each item to reflect my love for antique, quirky and ethnic. I chose this neighbourhood because it holds a special place in my heart. Despite being born and raised in Cetinje and spending years sailing around the world, I was always drawn to the untamed wilderness surrounding my hometown. Here, I discovered and purchased this plot of land twenty years ago, envisioning a haven for myself, family and friends, to immerse ourselves in nature's beauty.
What I love most about this neighbourhood is its prime location. Just a short 15-minute drive from the Royal Capital Cetinje and within 30 minutes of vibrant Podgorica and its airport, it serves as the perfect base to explore the entire country. Nestled on a lonely hill, a mere 150 meters from the colourful village of Začir, you can get a unique experience of living in a traditional village, enveloped in tranquility and complete privacy - no neighbours in sight!
The villa's proximity to the Skadar Lake National Park is a true delight. It sits right on the park's border, granting direct access to its natural wonders. Just a few kilometres away, you can discover the enchanting River Crnojević, where you can rent a boat for a scenic ride on the lake, join organised tours, enjoy birdwatching or take a refreshing swim. And don't miss the famous Lipa Cave, a mere 5 km from the property.
