Nice apartment for family of 4 with kids. The bunkbeds in the living space worked out well for our teens. The location was great, about 10 minute walk to the gondola or option of a shuttle bus with pickup across the street. Condo is a bit dated but it is pet friendly so worked for us. The complex hot tub was not inviting; pool was closed for the season so can't comment on that. Would stay again

Thank you for your recent stay and your feedback, I'll see what is going on with the hot tub. There was maintenance that had gone on the first 2 weeks of April off and on.

The unit was clean but felt small and cramped for our family of four. Amenities are minimal. When we checked in, we found no soap/shampoo/conditioner in the bathroom. It was only after we had made a trip to purchase them from the local Vons that we found the unit guide book advising that soap, etc. had to be collected in person from the office. Inconvenient, but not necessarily a deal breaker. What would have been helpful to know was the extremely poor noise insulation. Since this is a lower unit in a 2-story condo, you can hear every bit of noise made by upper level occupants. In our case, the top unit folks woke up super early and noisily went about their day. It sounded like they were jumping but we figured they were likely banging their boots or cleaning off snow from their equipment. Being awoken to overhead banging sounds at the crack of dawn did not make for a relaxing vacation. Everything in the condo was functional though dated.

Thank you for the review, we are sorry to hear you did not enjoy the condo as much as we strive our guest to. I'm slightly surprised to hear there were no soaps and supplies in the condo, as we do put in soaps, shampoo/conditioner, lotion, trash bags, towels, and such items in the condo. I apologize, I will make sure to remind our housekeeping staff to ensure they are available at every arrival. But just to clarify with what is in the guest book, you would only need to pick up these items from the office if you were needing more of these items. But again, I apologize, they should have been put in the condo to start with.
