Welcome to your simple, cozy, and relaxed mountain retreat! This pet-friendly condo offers a convenient and comfortable base for your Mammoth adventures.

* Watch a movie on the 65" flat-screen TV.
* Stay connected with strong, reliable WiFi clocked at over 200 Mbps, perfect for streaming or remote work.
KITCHEN & DINING:
* The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cookware and supplies you need to prepare your favorite meals.
* A clever hide-away table under the breakfast bar provides an additional dining spot to enjoy your food and drinks.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS & BATHROOMS (2 Bedrooms + Loft, 2 Full Bathrooms):
* Main Floor Sleeping Nook: A cozy twin bed with a pull out trundle underneath to create a comfortable king-sized sleeping area.
* Upstairs Loft: The spacious loft features a king-sized bed, a 40" flat-screen TV, and a dedicated office area with a desk, monitor, and chair.
* Main Floor Bathroom: A full bathroom with a shower.
* Upstairs Bathroom: Features a relaxing soaker tub with a waterfall shower head.
Guest Access:
Guests will have private access to the entire condo. As our guest, you can also enjoy the Mammoth Ski and Racquet Club's fantastic lineup of amenities, one of the best near the slopes.

The Neighborhood:
This condo is located in a part of town closest to the ski lifts, hiking trails and mountain biking trails. The condo is a 10 min walk to the ski lifts and a 20 min (1 mile) walk to the nearest shops/restaurants in the Village. The location is perfect for anyone who values the convince of staying close proximity to the mountain.
Getting Around:
Mammoth offers a great for public bus system that runs regularly throughout the year. The closest bus stop is the Blue line stop #73 located at the bottom on the driveway along Canyon Blvd. After walking to the bottom of the driveway turn right onto Canyon Blvd and walk toward the mountain for about 100 yards until you come to Stop #73. The blue line does a continuous loop from the Village to Canyon lodge and back, leaving every 15 min. Look up "Mammoth Lakes Transit" online for a detailed map with departure times.
Other Things to Note:
GUEST CAPICITY: This home comfortably sleeps a maximum of 4 guests.
NO AIR CONDITIONING: Please note that the home does not have air conditioning, which is common in Mammoth. We provide a ceiling fan and portable fans to ensure your comfort during warmer summer days.
STAIR ACCESS: Please be aware that the condo is located on the 2nd floor and requires walking up one flight of stairs to access the unit.
WINTER DRIVING: The driveway from Canyon Blvd to the entrance of the complex is steep and can become very slippery in the winter. If you are visiting during the winter months, please ensure you carry chains if your vehicle does not have 4x4/AWD with mud/snow-rated tires.
