This was our 5th stay with Seasons 4 and our first time at this specific unit. It was the perfect fit for the 4 of us. We have 2 teenage girls. The unit was beautifully decorated in a very clean, modern style. The kitchen was fully outfitted with everything you could imagine you need and it was really nice how easy it was to manage the temperature of the entire unit. In addition, the blue line bus stop is just a few steps outside the front door - so convenient! We really enjoyed our stay there and would definitely choose this unit again in the future if it’s available
Great location 3 walkable blocks from the Village. Onsite amenities were fantastic and clean - large covered spa, dry sauna, remodeled showers.
Condo was well-equipped and clean.
We were very happy with the cleanliness of this condo. The location was great. The blue line shuttle was just across the street and the village and Canyon Lodge were both walking distance (about 10 mins). My kids loved the bunkbeds. It was perfect for my family of 4.
I wan in town for a solo trip. This condo would be great for a couple or a couple with small children, or for a single. Great location with convenient transportation to and from the Village and Canyon lodge.
Loved the easy keyless check in! Place is small, but cozy and updated. My kids love the bunk nook and not having to sleep on the pullout couch. Rec room saved us on snowed in days. loved that we could get fresh towels daily, walk to the village, blue line bus right across the street to the slopes.
We really enjoyed this condo - so many cute details, comfy beds, very nice shower. What else can you possibly need? Oh yes, easy communication with the property manager when hiccups arise. We had a hiccup in a form of major winter storm that caused road closures. Teri was very helpful keeping us updated on the road conditions and making sure we have everything that we need.
Recently remodeled in great taste and very nicely laid out. Very complete kitchen. Couches are super comfy, my son can get freaked out by the idea that the front door is a few feet away from his head, but the heavy curtains made him want to stay in the sleeping nook. This unit are on the smaller side, (doors clear by an inch or two both the toilet in the BA and the bed in the BR) but very efficient, so it'd better be a very lose friend or your own kids you stay with.
Condo was nice. Furniture was clean and new appearing. Appliances in good condition. However, there were no kitchen cloths or towels for doing dishes or cleaning. No cleaning supplies for all the glass. And, absolutely no space for groceries in the kitchen, and no space in the bedroom closet.
The condo is well maintained, everything appears updated and the overall location is very good. It is fitted with everything one might need for cooking/ eating and has plenty of common area space if you are trying to maximize the number of people staying. The overall experience was good, however there are some things you should consider:
1. Parking is rough. It appears the majority of people staying in the condos drive up, park and then walk or bus to where they need to go. If that suits you, parking may not be an issue. I was driving back and forth to the mountain and to another cabin for most of the days, so when I returned, trying to find parking was very challenging. Also, I’m not sure how well they are enforcing the number of vehicles allowed to park per condo. I barely saw any parking tags and then once it started snowing, there was no way anyone could see to verify parking permits.
2. Having a lower unit is nice for access, but the walls/floors are thin and there were definitely some kids above my unit that were running/stomping around quite frequently, and it was very loud.
3. The main bedroom mattress for this particular unit was like I rock. I ended up sleeping in the lower bunk in the hall because that mattress was a little softer.
4. (This is more for management) there was no snow shovel in the outdoor closet like there was supposed to be. Instead there were old skis, ski boots and some sleds that just looked like things people had left behind. Since the snow plow does an excellent job of clearing the snow from the streets but also plowing your vehicle in, a shovel is kind of a must.
Great little condo fit my family of 4 perfectly! Great location.
Would definitely plan another vacation there again.
Thank you

My family stayed at this great location. The teens loved the pool and activities in the rec room. Communication was easy and great for check-in and check-out.
Check in and check out were easy and it was nice having someone in the office building for help if we needed it. The place was awesome and worked out great!
Great space for skiing. It is close to The Village and also easily accessible by the bud system. The kitchen was well stocked and big as we cooked a few meals. Would stay here again.
This condo was perfect for us and we would definitely book it again! Would be perfect for a small family (our group was three young adults and it fit us just fine). Check in was easy and the property was very clean. Super convenient location, right down the street from the Village. Thanks for making this such a cute & cozy place!
My husband and friends and I stayed here after hiking in the Sierras for a few days and we really enjoyed it! It was clean, tidy, and had everything we needed!
Updated unit is quite nice. Check in process was super easy. Great location near village, canyon and eagle lodges.
Bunk bed situation is kind of odd, but good use of space. TV set up a bit confusing and never did figure out how to adjust the volume on the TV.
Would definitely stay again with one or two other people or my kids.
We had a very good experience with this property. Everything was very clean. Check-in was smooth and communication about check-in and check-our procedures was good. The kitchen had everything we needed for 3 nights (but we did not do much cooking). The pictures are accurate. It is very close to Mammoth (10 minutes to the main lodge). It's a great location if you are willing to drive to the mountain. Restaurants and stores are very close. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay here again.
