Wonderful Stay in Tenerife!

The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The location was fantastic, close to local attractions, beaches, and restaurants. The booking process was straightforward, and the host was friendly and responsive. Highly recommend for hassle-free holiday rentals!

Neringa was an excellent host and we really loved the apartment. It was very clean and comfortable and the location is fantastic in terms of proximity to the seafront and surrounding shops and amenities. We loved the balcony area and the view from it is amazing. The overall complex is very clean and well kept and the surrounding area very nice and feels safe.Our only minor criticism is that there was a strong sewage smell in the ensuite bathroom off the main bedroom, and there do appear to be some drainage issues with toilet blocking etc.But that didn't in any way spoil our stay it was just a minor inconvenience.We loved our stay and would definitely book again.

L'accueil était parfait, l'appartement était propre, la vue correspond tout à fait à la photo depuis la terrasse. Le seul ɓémol a été que l'appartement a subi un dégât des eaux , le plafond du séjour présentait un aspect délabré et devait encore être réparé. La porte fenètre ne fermait pas à clé. Ĺ'hotesse est intervenue rapidement mais n'a pas pu règler le proɓléme durant notre séjour. Il y avait également une odeur d'égout dans la salle de bain de la chambre principale. Sinon, très bonne situation près de tout. Appartement situé au calme. Les extérieurs et la piscine sont très bien entretenus.

Sehr gut soweit. Traumhafte Meersicht. Laut in der Nacht. Übergabe würden wir auf Deutsch begrüssen oder 1 Blatt wo alles drauf steht. Bessere Betten wären wunderbar.

Heerlijke vakantie met een fantastisch uitzicht!

We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad in dit appartement. Het uitzicht vanaf het balkon was geweldig! De woonkamer was fijn. De keuken heel compleet. Het enige dat miste was een vaatwasser. De slaapkamers waren prima. Het tweepersoonsbed is wat aan de kleine kant. Beide slaapkamers hadden voldoende kastruimte. De badkamers waren netjes. Er was voldoende schoon bedlinnnen beschikbaar. Er waren veel schone handdoeken. Er waren ook handdoeken voor het zwembad/ strand. En in de kast vonden we nog een parasolletje. Het complex zelf is netjes en goed onderhouden. Je kunt van meerdere kanten met een sleutel naar binnen. Het zwembad is groot en heeft een heerlijke temperatuur. Jammer dat je voor de bedjes moest betalen. Het strand voor het appartement is niet geschikt om te zwemmen, maar het was leuk om naar de surfers te kijken. Over het geheel hebben we heel erg genoten in dit appartement. Het contact met de verhuurder verliep prettig. Ze reageerde altijd snel. We bevelen het zeker aan!
