Cette petite cabane rustique et confortable est située dans la magnifique région de Laurel Highlands.

Cette petite cabane rustique est nichĂ©e parmi les arbres sur 26 hectares. Une allĂ©e boisĂ©e de 400 mĂštres mĂšne Ă  cette charmante demeure. La cabine de 700 pieds carrĂ©s est une petite retraite confortable de l'agitation quotidienne. DĂ©tendez-vous sur la balançoire du porche ou faites une sieste dans le hamac. Le cerf et la dinde peuvent ĂȘtre aperçus depuis la cabine. De nombreux jeux et livres sont fournis pour les jours de pluie. SituĂ© Ă  seulement 2 miles du barrage de Quemahoning; la pĂȘche, le VTT, le kayak et le paddle-board sont Ă  quelques minutes seulement. Il y a beaucoup Ă  faire et Ă  voir dans les hautes terres de laurier. Visitez le mĂ©morial du vol 93, situĂ© Ă  seulement 10 km. Ou faites une randonnĂ©e dans l’un des nombreux parcs d’État situĂ©s Ă  moins de 20 km de la cabine. PrĂšs de la station de ski Laurel Mountain, Seven Springs et Hidden Valley.

Ceci est une cabine rustique mis à jour avec la plupart des équipements modernes, mais il n'y a pas de télévision et pas de WiFi. Il y a un service cellulaire, mais je vous exhorte à rompre avec le monde occupé pendant votre séjour. Explorez les terres autour de la cabine, observez la faune du porche, faites une sieste paisible dans le hamac ou allumez un feu de joie. Profitez de tout ce que la nature a à offrir.

La cabine se trouve au milieu de 26 hectares. Vous pourrez explorer toute la propriété.

Le loft est en cours de rénovation. S'il vous plaßt ne pas utiliser le grenier ou l'escalier en colimaçon qui y mÚne. Nous espérons le terminer cet hiver et ajouter quelques lits supplémentaires. Veuillez vérifier à nouveau pour des mises à jour et des images. Reviens et amÚne tes amis.

S'il vous plaĂźt ĂȘtre conscient que l'allĂ©e est en terre et en gravier. L'entrĂ©e, de la route pavĂ©e, monte une petite colline de gravier. PriĂšre de rouler lentement.

My third stay at the cabin was wonderful, as expected. It's a beautiful place surrounded by woods, peaceful, relaxing, and private. It rained all day on one day of my stay, but even that was delightful: I sat on the porch in a comfortable chair and read a book, while listening to the rain. Thanks, as always, to Mr. Fitzgerald for a fabulous retreat.

This is our second time at this cabin, and both times the stay was amazing! Cabin is as described. Sitting on the porch we saw deer and turkey. You know it is a great place to stay when you are genuinely sad to leave. Thank you Chris for allowing us to stay once again. The cabin is the perfect base camp for all of our adventures!

Tranquil Retreat

The property was beautiful and so peaceful! There was a lot of places along the way you could stop at I.e Flight 93 memorial or Shawnee Park, but the cabin was enough for me! The trail to the cabin was a little rockier than i expected, by my little Nissan and I made it, so no harm done. I definitely recommend this place to unwind.

Just what we needed

We originally planned to stay 3 nights, but we loved it so much, we extended our stay 2 extra days! The space was perfect for my sister, brother-in-law, and me. The table seated 4, and the living room space had a beautiful handmade rocker, a reclining couch, and another recliner. The bedroom had a queen bed and a twin bed. Speaking of beds, the beds were so comfy, and I slept so peacefully.The view from the top of the hill behind the cabin was incredible, too. My brother-in-law has limited mobility, but we were able to drive our 4WD to the top.We explored the covered bridges (found a driving tour in a magazine at the cabin), and we also visited the Flight 93 memorials close by.This was probably my favorite place we’ve stayed on vacation.

Perfect Getaway Spot

This cabin was one of our top 3 VRBO places we’ve stayed. Secluded but close to stores, restaurants, etc. We went to the Flight 93 Memorial and Ponfeigh Distillery. The memorial is so emotional but also so important to visit when you’re in the area. Ponfeigh is a fun spot. Live music and food trucks on the weekend. Chris is the best to work with. Answered all our messages quickly and thought of everything that you could want/need. The cabin was immaculate, comfortable beds and furniture. So cozy. Loved the porch swing. We would absolutely stay there again and highly recommend this cabin.

Best Weekend in the Woods!

This was such a lovely stay- VERY isolated as advertised and the CLEANEST place I’ve ever rented on a site like this. It was immaculate! Communication with the host was great and we had a really awesome time here. Can’t wait to come back!!!

Peaceful, charming and cozy

My family and I enjoyed our stay in this cozy, charming cabin while in the area for a weekend event. It was the perfect place to return to and unwind after a long day of activities. The property is peaceful, very clean and well equipped. Communication with the host was excellent. We will definitely return for a weekend getaway to simply enjoy the cabin and it's surroundings.

Winter Getaway

It truly is a cozy cabin among the trees. I needed an escape from life's daily intrusions and interruptions and this place did not disappoint. Definitely need 4WD or all wheel drive to get up the driveway in the winter months. Already scheduled my next stay. Bring a book!!

Relax and enjoy some tranquility

Awesome cabin tucked away from the world. Fun woods to explore all around. Comfortable beds with all the linens; clean bathroom with towels; everything is there that you'd need in the kitchen...pots, pans, silverware, measuring spoons and cup, a can opener, baking dishes, etc. Just know there's no dishwasher or microwave. Driveway is tricky for about the first 30 feet or so especially after it's rained. After that it's a gravel driveway that's a fun ride to the cabin. I'd absolutely stay here again!
