Beachfront Condo, Top Floor Unit, 3 Bedroom 2 Bath With Gulf Views!
Beach Front! No crossing roads or long walks to get to the beach. Amazing views from the large deck, with plenty of seating for everyone. The unit is located off of 30A, on a quiet dead end road away from the noise. Located only 0.9 miles from the popular Donut Hole, it is situated between famous Seaside and Rosemary Beach. Enjoy the day on beach, or a bike ride along the many bike paths on Scenic 30A.
This is a top floor unit, so no noise from people above you. Both the Living room and Master bedroom have ocean views and sliding glass door entries to the private deck. There are two bedrooms on the main floor, the Master room with a king bed, flat screen television, private bathroom and of course those incredible gulf views! The 2nd room boasts a King sized bed and flat screen television. There are also two Queen sized beds in the spacious upstairs loft.
You'll find that Eastern Lake is right next door, which is ideal for the younger explorers and perfect for paddle boards, kayaks or canoes. The community pool is well maintained, and the building also offers an elevator from the parking area for easier access to the upper floors. Great beach front property! Highly recommended!
Great beach front rental! Well decorated and freshly cleaned. No complaints from us on our stay at the Commodore Retreat room 403. Beach chairs and umbrella were out each morning and all staff were very accommodating. We will be back!
A laid back comfortable place in paradise
We recently retired and selected this trip as our celebration. The property was clean and very functional for our needs. Since we were there for 5 weeks there was ample time to discover any shortcomings and we found only a couple. The parking. There is no visitor parking. I was advised that there is one spot for visitors but none are marked. We only had a guest for a few days but it was disappointing. Like most sleeper sofas the couch is not comfortable. Not a big deal if your stay is a week or two.
On the positive side the views and location more than make up for the minor irritations. We watched sunsets, dolphins, manatees, and shooting stars from our patio. We sat on the beach for hours, and heard the surf from our bed at night. The bar is now set very high for the rest of our retirement. Nancy and Rod
We've have stayed at CR several times and this was our least favorite property.
The condo didn't smell clean upon arrival and during our stay. The floors need some repair and the rugs need cleaning. This unit could use an overhaul. With that being said, we always love our stay in Seagrove but of all the units we've stayed in this one is our least favorite.
A total package!
Amazing view of the ocean and lake from enormous deck and master bedroom! Close to everything, but very private and quiet. Parking a bit tight, but extra cars allowed parking at church lot so not a big deal. Nice decor, clean.
This is our 3rd year staying in Seagrove Beach, but our first year staying right in the beach. Our unit was on the top floor (403), and the view every day was beautiful. Our patio was large and open, which was nice for enjoying early morning and sunset views. The view from the Master Bedroom was awesome! Our children enjoyed sharing the spacious upstairs loft. We biked to dinner in Seaside and in the other direction to The Hub. This is a nice, central location.
The downside is the elevator was not functioning during our stay (and I believe this has been the case for several weeks), so we had to climb 4 flights of stairs whenever going back up to the unit. Carrying luggage and groceries up and down stairs was not the most convenient, but we made it work. Also, the bathrooms could use an update, as they are old and "tired". They've done a good job decorating, and the condo was clean, but you can tell it's ready for a makeover or even just a fresh coat of paint. Overall an enjoyable stay.

I do understand the elevator issue and we did our best to accommodate your needs, even offered to carry your luggage to your room. The condo will be freshened up in the off season with many of the makeover items resolved. We are glad you enjoyed your stay and look forward to hosting you again next year.
A DREAM vacation!
This rental was absolute perfection! From the kindness and helpfulness of the rental property agents, to the cleanliness, and just overall nicely chosen decor - it was all incredibly pleasing. I know a past reviewer said the table smelled of smoke - it doesn't anymore - maybe it's a new table, but this place is spotless! Also, having those ocean views and being right on the water - you just can't beat it! I can't wait to book another trip here soon!
