This place is not well described and at times not accurate. First of all, the second bedroom is the master closet off the master bath. Very odd and uncomfortable since the door is glass with no latch. You have to walk through the master bedroom to get to the common area. The common area has a weird layout. The front bathroom is weird, dirty, lacks counters and the door doesn't latch. Despite the listing having a filterable amenity of "parking on-site" they DO NOT have parking. Their long property description states this but that is blatantly deceitful to have "parking available" and "parking on-site" as searchable amenities.Overall, the place is serviceable if you just want to stay near the beach, but there are better places for far cheaper nearby. This is in no way a "luxurious penthouse".

Great location but needs desperate update

Location is great. Layout of the apartment is very odd as you have to go through one room and a bathroom for the 3rd room. Most doors didn’t close or latch. When our hinge broke, I contacted the owners and set pictures but nothing was done or explained why not. I would not stay here again unless I knew there were major updates. If you are just looking for a good location, then this place may still meet your needs.

Great property!

We stayed here for my bachelorette party. The apartment was very spacious and accommodated me and my girls perfectly. Location is perfect, you’re right across the street from the beach, a quick walk to all kinds of restaurants and a short uber ride away from other fun places! We had an absolute blast and would highly recommended staying in this apartment. We hope to come back one day!

Beautiful condo. Perfect location.

Loved everything about it. Irina was responsive at all times. My only issue was that there wasn't a bedroom that slept 3 as advertised...it was the living room. I'd stay again and plan accordingly. I'd definitely recommend the property to friend and family.

Review of stay

Condo was dirty upon arrival, broken toaster, no security in foyer with random people loitering, smell of marijuana in the hallways. Condo in desperate need of repainting, remodeling and cleaning!

No twhat it says it is

The location was excellent and, although it was a bit seedy, it was clean. It was advertised as a 3 BR to sleep 6. The sofa bed was broken so it could only sleep 5. The other BR was in a closet with no ventilation, one electric outlet and to get to it you had to walk through the master BR. It was a good place for 3, but not 6 people.

Unique property in a great location

I stayed here with a few girlfriends for a weekend trip to Miami. The location is central to some good bars, restaurants, and the beach. It’s a really interesting looking place as well. Some cool art inside and lots of mirrors. There was only one situational downside to the place. We were awakened one morning by a knocking on our door from someone on a lower floor who had a leak in their room, thinking we had caused it. The property manager called me about it several times, and I had to send photos proving the leak was not coming from our room. This was a minor Inconvenience and the stranger knocking on our door was more worrisome than the calls from the property manager. She was polite and apologetic. Overall, an interesting and good stay.

We had a good stay and here is our honest review

The unit is on the 5th floor. We arrived late around 10pm to find out that the elevator was broken and we had to walk up with all our luggage with no one to help us. The elevator was not fixed during our stay so it was up and down the 5 flights of stairs at least twice daily. Luckily, we were with able bodied individuals that were capable of doing the walkup. Our biggest disappointment and total inconvenience was to find that the master bedroom lead to the master bathroom which then lead to one of the bedrooms. AKA known as a railroad unit. In other words, you cannot reach the second bedroom without first disturbing the people sleeping in the master bedroom or whomever is using the master bathroom. Yes, the person in the second bedroom is stuck in that bedroom when the master bathroom is being used. This was a pain to navigate during our stay. The pros: the location is right on Ocean Drive so the beach is across the street. There are lots of restaurants and night life in the area. The unit is clean and there is amble space for lounging in the living room. The master bed is comfortable. The smaller cons: Although the unit is a "penthouse", do not expect any ocean views. There are white curtains through the unit to cover the rooftops that the windows look out into. The unit is dated. The refrigerator is ridiculously hard to open without a door handle (you need to use your fingers to pry the door open). There is no washer or dryer in the unit. There are not enough towels.

I have not received my damage deposit back. The are a lot of scuff marks holes in wall and floor. The property looks better in pictures. It is slightly outdated. Check in was odd had to show ID to a door man who was giving me a hard time for no reason.

Description Is Not Accurate

PROS: Great location, attentive customer service, quiet place. CONS: The description is NOT accurate. It says in Bedroom 1 there is a sleeper sofa. It's actually in the living room. Also, you need to go through bedroom 1 to get to bedroom 2. So beware if you are looking for privacy. The sleeper sofa was also bent and wouldn't open, so we had to wait for maintenance to come fix it for us so we didn't have a bed one night. 2 of our guests had to find other accomodations because the lack of privacy and room. The apartment badly needs an update. Furniture and appliances are old. It's also missing a lot of essential items. If you don't care about any of that, then you're good. I would likely not stay here again. There are nicer places on the strip for much less. Don't let the pictures fool you.

Disappointed at the beach

Pretty disappointed, this is not a 3 bdrm property. Sticking a bed in the closet, that you have to walk thru the master bathroom to access does not make a bedroom. The 2nd room, is more of a closet as well with the ability to touch both walls standing in the middle of room. Having to buy toilet paper, the cable not working, barely 4 towels and zero action by management does not make for a penthouse stay. Location is great, right on Ocean drive, that does mean alot but I think the listing is a shame. The pictures do not match the furniture and trick camera angles try to hide the true deficiencies of space and basic amenities. I highly recommend not staying here. Do visit South Beach, but do not bring your family to this apartment. It's way too expensive to be maintained so poorly.

Great location and place!

The location was perfect and the condo was a fun vibe! Like old Miami modern vibe…the bathrooms were super cool too! Huge! The couch was needing a cleaning or just replaced. The hosts answered us very quickly with any questions we had. Definitely would recommend and stay again!

Great location

We enjoyed the Art Deco neighborhood and the many good places to eat. The condominium was fine, although getting a bit dated and in need of a renovation.

Great location!

Nice stay! Had trouble with cable and couldn’t watch TV but we didn’t need it! Location was amazing and in the middle of everything! Would have loved to lift the shades in the living space.. let a little light in!

The location was awesome. You are right in the middle of all the action in south beach with the ocean right across the street. The owners were very nice. The place was really cool. I dont have any complaints. I couldn't figure out how to get the air conditioning on but was having too much fun to care.

Irina was incredibly accommodating to me and my group. The penthouse was clean, spacious and the bed arrangements were so comfortable. The decor in this penthouse is just beautiful. Our stay was enhanced by being right along the beach, next to shops and restaurants. Thank you so much, Irina!

Love at first sight

what a swanky place! The location is awesome and in the heart of it all. Irina is quick at responding and pleasant to work with. The place had plenty of room for 9 women and plenty of cups, plates,etc. Be sure to bring a wireless speaker for you music the surround sound is not working. At least for or trip last weekend it wasn't. Everyone loved the place!!! ❤️🌈🌊

NICE PLACE TO STAY AND CLOSE TO EVERYTHING

This was the nicest penthouse I've ever seen and stayed at. Irina was very responsive! There was plenty of room. I had 10 girls with me for my bachelorette and it was a good space for everyone. Highly recommend staying at this place.
