The kid(s) room, back of the house, quiet and inside.
The annex is newer than the rest. Nice and quiet, but you need to cross the yard for access to the bathroom in the house. There is a sea view from the annex too. For parentse with small children, non of the beds are "king size", so not convenient to sleep with a child in between in any of the rooms.
