The apartment was an absolute joy from start to finish and the view from the balcony was the icing on the cake. We appreciated the great wardrobe space, the well equipped kitchen and comfortable lounge. If I was to make a suggestion for improvement it would be to add a topper to the beds or upgrade the mattresses. Overall we were extremely happy with the place and the friendly professional staff at the apartment rental office were so helpful with our last minute booking

We have just returned from a lovely stay at this villa and would highly recommend it if you want to get away from it all and relax. It is very well equipped with everything you need in terms of kitchen and pool side equipment. It is very modern inside with a/c in 2 bedrooms and large bathroom. The pool is amazing (very deep across the whole pool) but gated if you have small children. Living accommodation is all on 1 level with a balcony outside so perfect for evening meals. It is essential to have a car as the village is a 30 min walk away along the road where there aren’t always pavements. The village has a small shop, bakery and 2 bars as well as pharmacy with large supermarkets about a 12 min drive. There is a golf course a 20 min walk away (up a very steep hill!) which will have a restaurant soon. Loads of great beaches around a 25min drive away. We went in late May and the area is more of a Spanish than English place to holiday therefore not everything is open everyday (more likely Thursday to Sunday for some restaurants) so check Google maps for opening hours. It also means people generally speak limited English, so a few basics are useful. Valencia is an easy train ride from Alzira, which has a car park at the station (although quite full on weekdays) and a fabulous city. It was about €25 for 4 of us by train. Only negative I can think of is the mosquitoes! Which are vicious in the early evening, but that’s the same everywhere 😀 The hosts are very helpful and respond very quickly to any issues (WiFi password on arrival was incorrect, but we were soon sorted). Overall a brilliant holiday and a highly recommended villa.

Highly recommend this apartment. It is right on the most wonderful beach and the view from the balcony is amazing. When we were there in late May the weather was beautiful but we almost had the beach to ourselves. I imagine it gets busier in summer. Balcony faces East so sun is only on the balcony at breakfast, not lunch or dinner. You can however sit in the sun out the back by the stairs in the evening. The restaurants don't seem to open until about 8pm and not much was open this early in the season although near by Grau i Platja (10-15 mins drive) is much busier with plenty of restaurants and shops and playgrounds on the beach etc. The two supermarkets in Xeraco beach were very good - Charter had better baguettes than Spar in our opinion and longer opening hours including Sunday. If you want to visit Valencia, you can very easily take the train from Xeraco station (less than 10 mins drive and free parking). Return to Valencia was 9 Euros and my 5 yr old was free. Takes you right in to the old town - beautiful city, well worth a day trip. Vicent the apartment owner was very helpful (he lives upstairs) and although he doesn't speak English we got by with a little french and with google translate! We would definitely return to this apartment/area another time.
