家は美しく広々としていて、たくさんの個性があります。 2階建てです。 2階には海を見渡せる上部テラスに通じる大きなオープンプランのリビングルームとダイニングルームがあります。 加えてすべてのmod短所を装備した広いキッチン。
エントランスホールを出る1階にはダブルベッドルーム4室があります。 広い専用バスルーム付きのダブルルーム3室とシャワールーム付きのダブルルーム1室。 ベッドルームはすべて1階のテラスとプールエリアに通じるフランス窓があります。

Une magnifique propriété, spacieuse et confortable, élégante et raffinée dans sa décoration . Isolée dans un parc fleurie elle demeure à une distance modeste des grands centres et à quelques minutes de marche d’une plage d’exception: praia Marinha.La piscine, immense est l'impeccable comme tout l’équipement fourni d’ailleurs. L’hôtesse Rebecca est charmante et généreuse de son temps et demeure accessible en quelques minutes à peine .Peut - être ma meilleure expérience chez VRBOMerci Rebecca

This is a lovely property - the house was very clean and nicely furnished.Additionally the pool area was huge and we loved spending time in it.There was a great restaurant about 5 minutes walk away (the rustic restaurant) which we had 3 meals at and the beach was only a short walk away.The negatives were the orchard is in the listing but we were told on arrival it was private and we couldn’t access it.This is understandable given the owner has a cottage in it but we felt this didn’t reflect the listing.Also the washing machine was in a locked seperate part of the villa which we weren’t directly allowed to use - to have our clothes washed we had to contact the owner and she would wash and hang them then out to dry. Although she did this quickly everytime we asked her we found this situation slightly uncomfortable and inconvenient (given we had a toddler and a baby particularly).

This property could not be more beautiful and comfortable or the host more welcoming. Everything is exactly as pictured. The pool is wonderful. The home is extremely spacious with full baths attached to each bedroom plus a full hall bath, two half baths (one with outdoors access), and an outside shower. Only about a 10 minute walk to the nearest beach (faster walkers than us could certainly make it quicker). At the beach, the stairs to reach down to the sand are very nice and well maintained and there is a lifeguard.

This was our favorite vacation rental out of MANY vacation rentals over the years! The villa is gorgeous - even better than the photos, which are what drew us in. From the moment we pulled up to the gate (yes, there is an electronic gate - easy to operate, and a nice added sense of security), we felt like were were at a luxury resort. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which makes for a very happy family! Rebecca is an excellent communicator, and helped us to settle in, and offered recommendations for local restaurants and things to do. We could reach out to her at any time with questions, and she was always responsive. We spent many happy hours in the pool, and cooked breakfast at home, which we enjoyed on the upstairs patio, looking over the ocean in the distance. The Marinha beach is a 10 minute walk down the road and is simply stunning. It's clearly very popular, as the police blocked our road during the daytime to cars trying to park at the overfilled beach parking lot. We had no issue telling the police we were staying in a house on the road, and they always waved us through. We are still dreaming of our poolside days and quiet mornings and evenings in this beautiful home, and it has our highest recommendation for those looking for peace and serenity in a perfect location in the Algarve.

The most beautiful house - stunning and spacious with a magnificent outside area.

Candida & Rebecca were so welcoming and helpful right from booking to checkin in/out. Thank you both!First impressions..stunning! The entrance!The house itself is located 5 minutes walk from Praia da Marinha beach so morning swims and leisurely visits were lovely, no need to pack up for the whole day. The house is 10 minutes drive to the nearest supermarket so 2 big shops during a 1 week stay, we had everything we needed for meals, drinks and evenings in. The house is well equipped with pretty much everything you would need for a holiday. The location is nicely quiet and the house is not overlooked. If you're looking for full on night life and busy bars, this is not the place for you, a few Euros in an Uber for night out is easy and v.cheap, but the loveliest attraction is the fact the house is big, the pool is huge for a rental and beautifully furnished that you can't help but relax. Lazy mornings by the pool, then the beach or vice versa, exploring the costal path and all the wonderful beaches just a short drive east or west makes this spot perfect for families or groups who truly want to experience the Algarve. Renting a car is wise.The house is located perfectly to all the major roads to all the local towns and villages. Carvoeiro, Ferragudo, Albuferia, Monchique, Silves are all easily connected. The gardens around the house are stunning, well cared for and the property very secure. We can't wait to come back, next time for much longer.Gareth, Liz & Connie

Wundervolles Haus in herrlicher Landschaft!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Haus sehr genossen. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich nur wünschen kann. In Haus und Garten fühlt man sich einfach nur wohl. Der Pool ist fantastisch. Ein wunderbares Haus, um einen entspannten Urlaub zu genießen. Unsere Gastgeber waren außergewöhnlich freundlich und herzlich! Wir kommen sehr gern wieder!

Fantastic place

The house is impressive, soon as you arrive through the gates you get that feeling that it’s been well loved. Very much traditional features throughout. Not modern but classy. Deceptively big…. Spent many hours at the rear of the property in the spacious pool and shaded sitting area. Candida and her daughter Rebecca couldn’t do enough for us. Always replied to any queries I had and were so helpful when we arrived.

Beautiful spacious villa, with amazing pool .

This villa was much larger than I had anticipated . The rooms are very spacious , and each bedroom has its own very large en-suite with bath. Plus an extra shower room. Upstairs rooms - living room, dinning room and kitchen were also very large. Access to a wonderful balcony here, lovely views. We enjoyed some lazy breakfasts up here. There is ample space for 2 families travelling together . Outdoor space was lovely, pool is amazing, plenty of seating / sunbathing, and shaded canopy for those not wishing to be in sun but means everyone can still be together. I would highly recommend staying here.

Amazing Property

We stayed at Quinta de Moliero for over a week. Candida & Rebecca made our vacation fantastic, very clean, house with very good vibes. The location is excellent you can walk to the beach and explore the coast from the fantastic trails. We will be back for sure.

Beautiful villa

Beautiful home in a fantastic location. Kitchen very well equipped and it was so lovely to arrive on Sunday evening to a few basics for the kitchen; fresh fruit, ham, cheese, bread, honey, tea, coffee, wine etc. Lots to see and do in the area but we were quite happy to have lazy days by the pool relaxing and evenings spent barbecuing or watching the sunset on the local beach. A week wasn’t long enough. Thank you to Candida and Rebecca for a wonderful stay!

Vacances en famille

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison de Candida. La villa est très spatieuse, joliment décorée, de la place pour tout le monde et une très grande piscine ce qui était très appréciable. Nous avons particulièrement aimé les soirées passées sur la terrasse au premier étage, très bien aménagée elle aussi, qui offre une vue sur l’océan ainsi que de pouvoir se rendre à pieds à la plage toute proche. De belles vacances dans une belle maison avec une propriétaire disponible. A recommander.

Lovely villa with fantastic salt water pool.

Our families very much enjoyed our stay at the villa. Candida looked after us very well. The villa is spacious with plenty of room for our 2 families of 4. The house has an olde worlde charm with many antiques and antiquities around the house. Bathrooms have recently been upgraded, perhaps the kitchen could do with a facelift, although all appliances and equipment were to hand. Lovely views from the upstairs terrace and a fabulous large salt water pool, there is also a lovely garden area beyond the pool which the children enjoyed exploring. Only down side was that we found the road outside busy at the time we stayed due to the popularity of the beach at the bottom of the road. Cars were parked on both sides of the road outside the house and all the way up the road and there were a lot of people around so it wasn't completely tranquil. I believe this is mostly in August. With locked electric gates you did retain your privacy and have your own parking area.

Perfekter Urlaub!!!!

Das Haus und die Vermieterin waren perfekt, das Haus riesig groß, hervorragend ausgestattet, mit allem Komfort, den man sich wünscht. Die Lage perfekt, in Laufnähe zum Strand und ideal um Ausflüge zu anderen Stränden, Städten, Atraktionen zu machen. Die Vermieterin Candida sehr nett - Grundausstattung für das erste Essen hatte sie eingekauft (Käse, Schinken, Butter, Brötchen, Milch, Kaffe...) und reichlich Obst aus dem angrenzenden Garten der Vermieterin - hier durften wir uns holen, was wir brauchten - Orangen, Mandarinen, Pflaumen, Äpfel, Zitronen - herrlich. (Die Grapefruits, Trauben, Avocados, Feigen waren leider noch nicht reif). Das Haus wurde in der einen Urlaubwoche 2mal gereinigt, mit frischer Wäsche (Bettwäsche, Handtücher fürs Küche und Bad, Handtücher für Pool/Strand) ausgestattet. Alles in einem ein perfekter Ort, um seinen Urlaub ungetrübt genießen zu können!! Candida - Vielen, veilen, herzlichen Dank - wir werden wiederkommen!!

A wonderful experience

We spent ten wonderful days at Candida's magnificent villa with our friends and children. It is a very comfortable and spacious villa set among beautiful gardens and where you feel at home straight away. It is full of character and charm and kept spotlessly clean. We spent most of our time during the day in and around the large salt water pool and the surrounding patio and the shaded dining area. We had breakfast on the upstairs terrace with sea views and overlooking the beautiful grounds. The lounge and dining area are a lovely place to relax in the evening. The magnificent Marinia beach is a short walk away. Candida, the owner of the villa, is the most charming lady, always available and helpful. Meeting her was one of the highlights of our holiday. It was hard to leave this beautiful villa and we will definitely be back again. Candida, thank you again for your hospitality and see you next year. Jim and Sylvia, Sophia and James the screamer. Xxx

A remarkable villa, wonderfully fitted with great layout and beautiful surroundings (pool and beach)

Quinta do Moleiro, is in a wonderful location, close to the simply stunning Praia de Marinha and Benagil fishing village. The gardens and the fresh produce as well as the friendliness and helpfulness of the owner made our experience special. Wonderful, stylish holiday

Candidas home is beautiful and the surrounding gardens are stunning. This is truly a property with such class and furnished beautifully throughout with Chinese antiques and rugs. The mature gardens have the most stunning plants including orange and lemon trees, bananas and every type of herbs. It is quiet and peaceful. We had a wonderful month here with people coming and going and Candida is so accommodating, lots of beds being changed and plenty of towels. Candida knows the area well and has tried most of the restaurants in the area. A wonderful lady with a stunning home. Thank you Candida for everything 😊

A beautiful villa!!!

Our family had a wonderful holiday in Candida's villa - it was so homely and comfortable and the kitchen had every utensil and cooking implements imaginable!! We spent our days by the pool and walks to the spectacular local beach, and spent our evenings BBQing or eating at a lovely local restaurant. Idyllic villa and surroundings - couldn't praise any higher!!

Quinta do Moleiro - fantastic villa in a superb lo

This is an absolutely stunning villa. The owner, Candida, went out of her way to make us feel welcome. We were met with a wonderful welcome pack of food, drinks (including wine and beer) and water. We stayed with two young children who had a fabulous time in the huge swimming pool. The villa was very clean with beautiful gardens. Only a 10 minute drive from Carvoeiro (you will need to hire a car), where there are plenty of shops, restaurants and bars. We will definitely be returning.

A relaxing one week in a wonderful home

The villa was very comfortable, well stocked, clean and beautifully furnished. The nature garden and swimming pool made it a pleasure eating out on the porch. The beach was a stone's throw away and with the orchard next door, every morning was welcomed with a glass of freshly squeezed juice straight from the tree. Candida is a wonderful host who was kind enough to stick the house with the basics and some food for when we arrived. The cleaning service provided was a God send when travelling with a large family. Lastly all amenities were available to us such as a washing machine, bbq and dish washer. We will definitely come back here again.

My review

I booked this villa for myself and a group of friends in September. We were greeted by the owner Candida who was extremely friendly and gave us a thorough tour of the property and facilities, leaving us with the keys and information about the local area and services as well as everything we needed for breakfast the next morning. The villa really is top notch and exactly as described. Perfectly clean, modern and spacious. An extremely well equipped kitchen and ample sheets and towels provided. The stand out feature was definitely the outdoor section, loads of lawn space with trees, a great pool and alongside a barbecue, sink, toilet and shower. Being right on the coast, you have complete privacy. Cabs are very reasonably priced and all the bare necessities were available locally. Local shops and restaurants, about a ten minute drive. We had a really wonderful stay. I would heartily recommend this place to anyone. Guest rating 5/5

We stayed as a family at Quinta do Moliero (grandparents, mum, dad and three children) last August - our fourth time at the villa. A beautiful, large villa with it's own large pool and gardens. Spotlessly clean and well maintained. Very near to the local beach (walking distance - just down the road) and walks on the cliff tops. Couple of restaurants within waking distance but a car needed for food shopping and visiting Carvoeiro the local town - which has plenty of restaurants and bars. There is entertainment in the evening near the beach in Carvoeiro (music etc) which the children enjoyed - they also enjoyed playing on the beach in the evening. Small train tours the town - again the children enjoy this. Near to waterparks and other towns along the coast. Very pretty area. Several supermarkets nearby (with car)

At the age of 18 I went to live in London has a mothers help I went to school and I fell in love with the British culture, even the weather.

I married later on and lived in the UK for 38 years and I fell more British than Portuguese. Later on when I lost my late husband I come back to Portugal

I come to visit the Algarve in 1995 where I come across this house which had been empty for a few years has I walked through the gate I knew this was a very Special Place

The architecture of the house is influenced by the Moorish culture the last invaders who lived in the Algarve. The fact that I could walk out of the door to pick my own oranges fresh figs and lemons for my breakfast where enough to fall in love with this Villa.

There are some beautiful walks, the flora an the bird life is very rare.

The beach within 5 minutes’ walk from the house which is today considered the BEST of Europe, you can take a boat and visit the caves and organize some water sports.

You are near everything. Restaurants, supermarkets, shopping centers but still far from the mad crowds.
The food at the restaurants are fresh the fish is delicious and reasonable priced and some of the local wine is not to be missed..
